Celem głównym Projektu jest podniesienie innowacyjności firmy DOLPAP poprzez rozwój aktywności badawczo rozwojowej. Do celów szczegółowych należy zaliczyć: rozwój zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego firmy DOLPAP oraz rozwój umiejętności kadry badawczej firmy DOLPAP poprzez szkolenia z zakresu wykorzystania nowej infrastruktury. Przedmiotem projektu jest rozbudowa centrum badań i rozwoju zaawansowanych materiałów papierowych i foliowych wraz z zakupem wyposażenia Etap ten zgodnie z planem B+R opracowanym we współpracy z jednostką naukową został określony z uwagi na swój charakter infrastrukturalny jako Etap „0” tzw. Prace Organizacyjne. W niniejszym Etapie „0” zostanie zagospodarowana przestrzeń wyznaczona przez firmę DOLPAP na rozbudowę centrum badań i rozwoju. Zgodnie z przygotowanym projektem rozbudowy, będzie ona miała na celu bardziej efektywne i wydajne zagospodarowanie przestrzeni przeznaczonej na badania i rozwój. Ponadto centrum zostanie wyposażone w specjalistyczny sprzęt pomiarowy niezbędny do prowadzenia badań rozwojowych (kadra badawcza przeszkolona z zakresu jego obsługi) oraz wyposażenie biurowe i komputerowe. ETAP „0” stanowiący przedmiot Projektu obejmuje następujące fazy: Faza 1 – rozbudowa CBiR od 01.10.2017 do 30.06.2018 W wyniku realizacji tej fazy Projektu powstaną pomieszczenia CBiR stanowiące miejsca pracy kadry B+R o łącznej powierzchni: 136,95 m2 Faza 2 – zakup specjalistycznego wyposażenia oraz wyposażenia biurowego i komputerowego dla potrzeb CBiR od 01.01.2018 do 30.09.2018: 1. Statyczna maszyna wytrzymałościowa – 1 szt. 2. Tester siły przedzierania metodą Elmendorf''a – 1 szt. 3. Chłodziarka laboratoryjna – 1 szt. 4. Aplikator do nakładania warstw – 1 szt. 5. Komora klimatyczno-temperaturowa – 1 szt. 6. Suszarka laboratoryjna – 1 szt. 7. Aparat do pomiaru siły release – 1 szt. The subject of the project is the expansion of the research and development centre of advanced paper and foil materials together with the purchase of equipment This stage according to the R & D plan developed in cooperation with the scientific unit was defined due to its infrastructure character as Stage “0” so-called. The Organisational Works. In this Stage “0” the space designated by DOLPAP for the expansion of the R & D centre will be developed. According to the planned expansion project, it will aim at more efficient and efficient use of the R & D space. In addition, the centre will be equipped with specialised measuring equipment necessary for development research (a research team trained in its operation) and office and computer equipment. The “0” phase of the Project shall cover the following phases: Phase 1 – extension of CBiR from 01.10.2017 to 30.06.2018 As a result of the implementation of this phase of the Project, CBiR rooms will be created which are the workplaces of R & D staff with a total area of: 136,95 m² Phase 2 – purchase of specialised equipment and office and computer equipment for CBiR purposes from 01.01.2018 to 30.09.2018: 1. Static strength machine – 1 pcs. 2. Elmendorf method piercing force tester – 1 pcs. 3. Laboratory refrigerator – 1 pcs. 4. Application for application layers – 1 pcs. 5. Climate and temperature chamber – 1 pcs. 6. Laboratory dryer – 1 pcs. 7. Camera for measuring the strength release – 1 pcs.
