This project is a R & D project. It aims to develop a new type of sanded industrial flooring, which will be based on mineral filling (fruit) and polymer binder (resin). It will be a type of floor not currently available on the market, combining the advantages of concrete floors and resin floors. The project is implemented by PROM sp. z o.o., which has several years of experience in the flooring industry and many industrial, warehouse and commercial facilities in Poland and abroad. The project’s material scope includes 2 tasks: — Task 1 – industrial research -development of the composition of sanded polymerobeton flooring, – Task 2 – development work – development technology for the production of sanded polymerobeton floor with a prototype surface test. The result of the project will be 1 new product, i.e. sanded floor based on mineral filling with polymer binder and 1 new technology for industrial flooring based on the developed new blend. The effects of the project will be implemented in practice in the business activity of the Applicant, as a proprietary, innovative product. The customers of the developed product and technology will therefore be investors from the industrial, commercial and warehousing sectors, for whom the new type of flooring will be an attractive alternative to the flooring currently available on the market. Przedmiotowy projekt jest projektem B+R. Ma on na celu opracowanie nowego rodzaju posadzki przemysłowej szlifowanej, która bazować będzie na wypełnieniu mineralnym (kruszywa) oraz na spoiwie polimerowym (żywica). Będzie to rodzaj posadzki niedostępny obecnie na rynku, łączący zalety posadzek betonowych oraz posadzek żywicznych. Projekt realizowany jest przez firmę PROM sp. z o.o., która posiada kilkunastoletnie doświadczenie w branży posadzkarskiej oraz wiele realizacji obiektów przemysłowych, magazynowych i handlowych na terenie Polski oraz zagranicą. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje 2 zadanie: - Zadanie 1 - badania przemysłowe -opracowanie składu szlifowanej polimerobetonowej posadzki przemysłowej, - Zadanie 2 - prace rozwojowe - opracowanie technologii wykonywania szlifowanej posadzki polimerobetonowej wraz z testem prototypowej powierzchni. Efektem projektu będzie 1 nowy produkt tj. szlifowana posadzka bazująca na wypełnieniu mineralnym z polimerowym spoiwem oraz 1 nowa technologia wykonywania posadzek przemysłowych w oparciu o opracowaną nową mieszankę. Efekty projektu zostaną wdrożone w praktyce w działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy, jako autorski, innowacyjny produkt. Odbiorcami opracowanego produktu i technologii będą zatem inwestorzy z branży przemysłowej, handlowej, magazynowej, dla których nowa rodzaj posadzki stanowić będzie atrakcyjną alternatywę wobec posadzek dostępnych obecnie na rynku.
