The project is a R & D project. it aims to develop a new type of industrial floor based on a mineral (aggregate) and a polymeric binder (resin). This will be the type of floor space currently available on the market, combining the advantages of concrete floors and resin floors. The project is carried out by PROM sp. z o.o., which has several years of experience in the forestry sector and a number of industrial, storage and commercial sites in Poland and abroad. The scope of the project consists of 2 tasks: — Activity 1 — industrial research -development of a specimen of a facetted polymer for industrial flooring, — Activity 2 — development — development of technology for the use of ground floor polishers with a prototype surface test. The project will result in 1 new product, i.e. ground floor flooring with a polymeric binder, and 1 new industrial floor technology based on a new blend. The results of the project will be implemented in practice in the applicant’s economic activity as an innovative product. The customers of the developed product and technology will therefore be industry, commercial and warehouse investors, for whom a new type of floor will be an attractive alternative to the market currently available on the market.     Przedmiotowy projekt jest projektem B+R. Ma on na celu opracowanie nowego rodzaju posadzki przemysłowej szlifowanej, która bazować będzie na wypełnieniu mineralnym (kruszywa) oraz na spoiwie polimerowym (żywica). Będzie to rodzaj posadzki niedostępny obecnie na rynku, łączący zalety posadzek betonowych oraz posadzek żywicznych. Projekt realizowany jest przez firmę PROM sp. z o.o., która posiada kilkunastoletnie doświadczenie w branży posadzkarskiej oraz wiele realizacji obiektów przemysłowych, magazynowych i handlowych na terenie Polski oraz zagranicą. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje 2 zadanie: - Zadanie 1 - badania przemysłowe -opracowanie składu szlifowanej polimerobetonowej posadzki przemysłowej, - Zadanie 2 - prace rozwojowe - opracowanie technologii wykonywania szlifowanej posadzki polimerobetonowej wraz z testem prototypowej powierzchni. Efektem projektu będzie 1 nowy produkt tj. szlifowana posadzka bazująca na wypełnieniu mineralnym z polimerowym spoiwem oraz 1 nowa technologia wykonywania posadzek przemysłowych w oparciu o opracowaną nową mieszankę. Efekty projektu zostaną wdrożone w praktyce w działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy, jako autorski, innowacyjny produkt. Odbiorcami opracowanego produktu i technologii będą zatem inwestorzy z branży przemysłowej, handlowej, magazynowej, dla których nowa rodzaj posadzki stanowić będzie atrakcyjną alternatywę wobec posadzek dostępnych obecnie na rynku.
