The aim of the project is to create a framework for the effective functioning of educational and vocational advice in the education system by developing framework programs and organizational solutions for the implementation of educational and vocational advice in the education system. Standards of implementation of edu-vocation will be developed, taking into account the needs of pupils and adults learning at different educational levels and in different types of schools and institutions, and • exemplary organisational solutions for the functioning of the WSD, taking into account the cooperation of all persons having an impact on the effectiveness of school counseling. In the first stage of the project, a team of experts, consisting of key stakeholders, i.e. representatives of schools and institutions, JST, employers, trade unions and labour market institutions, will draw up recommendations on the directions of changes in the occupational system. Next, teams of authors will write a programme of vocational pre-orientation for kindergartens, vocational orientation for primary schools and framework programmes for primary and secondary education. The programmes will define the objectives, the expected results of advisory services (descriptions of pupils’ competences) and the recommended topic of educational activities, and will include suggestions of tools and methods of working with pupils and listeners For a year, these programs will be tested in schools and then the authors will give them the final form. The experience of testing programmes will also be used in the development of best organisational solutions for the functioning of the WSD (intra-school advisory systems). In the final phase of the project, a consultative and informational implementation seminar will be organised for representatives of the school authorities, in order to prepare them for implementation in the schools and institutions of the programmes developed.The main results and tasks of the project are included in the annex “main results and tasks of the project” (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem projektu jest stworzenie ram efektywnego funkcjonowania doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego w systemie oświaty poprzez wypracowanie ramowych programów i rozwiązań organizacyjnych w zakresie realizacji doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego w systemie oświaty. Zostaną opracowane • standardy realizacji dor. edu-zawod., uwzględniające potrzeby uczniów i dorosłych uczących się na różnych poziomach edukacyjnych i w różnych typach szkół i placówek oraz • wzorcowe rozwiązania organizacyjne w zakresie funkcjonowania WSD, z uwzględnieniem współpracy wszystkich osób mających wpływ na efektywność doradztwa w szkole. W I etapie projektu zespół ekspertów, w skład którego wejdą kluczowi interesariusze, tj. przedstawicielami szkół i placówek, JST, pracodawców, związków zawodowych i instytucji rynku pracy, opracuje rekomendacje dotyczące kierunków zmian w systemie dor. zawod. Następnie zespoły autorów napiszą program preorientacji zawodowej dla przedszkoli, orientacji zawodowej dla szkół podstawowych oraz ramowe programy realizacji dor. edu-zawod dla szkół podstawowych i ponadpodstawowych. Programy będą określały cele, oczekiwane efekty usług doradczych (opisy kompetencji uczniów) oraz rekomendowaną tematykę zajęć edukacyjnych, a także będą zawierały propozycje narzędzi i metod pracy z uczniami i słuchaczami Przez rok programy te będą testowane w szkołach, a następnie autorzy nadadzą im ostateczną postać. Doświadczenia z testowania programów zostaną również wykorzystane podczas opracowywania wzorcowych rozwiązań organizacyjnych funkcjonowania WSD (wewnątrzszkolnych systemów doradztwa). W ostatnim etapie projektu zostaną zorganizowane seminaria wdrożeniowe o charakterze konsultacyjno-informacyjnym dla przedstawicieli organów prowadzących szkoły, w celu przygotowania ich do implementacji w szkołach i placówkach wypracowanych programów. główne rezultaty i zadania projektu znajdują sie w załączniku "główne rezultaty i zadania projektu" (Polish)
