Objective: raising the competence of 134 students (approx. 70 % of women) University of Opole, from: Economics,Filology English profile,English Philology; departments, as appropriate: Economic (86 people) and Philosophical (48 people) responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society through the implementation of a comprehensive programme comprising: —high-quality traineeship programmes – competence development programmes. All activities in the project will be carried out in close, formal cooperation with employers from the industry: It/BPO/SSC and assume the following tasks: — study visits at employers – certified training leading to qualifications – additional practical tasks for students carried out in the form of a project – internship. Target group: those entering the labour market who will complete the project in parallel with the completion of their studies (Fillology, Second Economy respectively) Students will receive: —professional and linguistic qualifications – communication skills, including the ability to work in a group, interpersonal, entrepreneurial, IT, including information search, analytical, including problem-solving skills. All participants of the project will take part in comprehension development programmes, and 90 people in 3 months’ internships, as a result of the diagnosis of needs carried out for the project. Participation in the project will bring students closer to the labour market, the applicant assumes that at least 30 % of its participants will find a job in the BPO/SSC/IT sector, and all participants will acquire new vocational and linguistic qualifications and competences desired on the labour market, including communication, group work, analytical, IT.     Cel: podniesienie kompetencji 134 studentów (ok. 70% kobiet) Uniwersytetu Opolskiego, z kierunków: Ekonomia,Filologii Angielskiej profil ogólnoakademicki,English Philology (Filologia Angielska - profil praktyczny); wydziałów odpowiednio: Ekonomiczny (86os.) i Filologiczny (48os.) odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa dzięki realizacji kompleksowego programu obejmującego: -wysokiej jakości programy stażowe -programy rozwoju kompetencji. Wszystkie działania w projekcie zostaną przeprowadzone w ścisłej, formalnej współpracy z pracodawcami z branży: IT/BPO/SSC i zakładają realizację zadań: -wizyty studyjne u pracodawców -certyfikowane szkolenia prowadzące do uzyskania kwalifikacji -dodatkowe zadania praktyczne dla studentów realizowane w formie projektowej -staże. Grupa docelowa: osoby wchodzące na rynek pracy, którzy zakończą udział w proj. równolegle z zakończeniem studiów (Filologia odpowiednio I stopnia, Ekonomia II stopnia) Studenci poprzez udział w w/w zajęciach uzyskają: -kwalifikacje zawodowe i językowe -kompetencje komunikacyjne, w tym umiejętność pracy w grupie, interpersonalne, w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, informatyczne, w tym wyszukiwanie informacji, analityczne, w tym umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów. Wszyscy uczestnicy projektu wezmą udział w programach rozwoju komeptencji, a 90 osób w 3 miesięcznych stażach, co wynika z diagnozy potrzeb, przeprowadzonej na potrzeby projektu. Udział w projekcie znacznie przybliży studentów do rynku pracy, Wnioskodawca zakłada, że min. 30% jego uczestników do 6 m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia znajdzie pracę w sektorze BPO/SSC/IT, a wszyscy uczestnicy nabędą nowe kwalifikacje zawodowe i językowe oraz kompetencje pożądane na rynku pracy w tym komunikacyjne, pracy w grupie, analityczne, IT.
