Goal of the project: Raising competences in the field of innovation, critics of thinking and problem solving and team work skills in the context of the working environment of 240 pupils (hereinafter the University) aged 13-16 through their participation in educational courses conducted by teachers. AMW round. 09.2019-06.2022.Implementation of the target will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective. Power through better preparation of 240CZ to pursue higher education or employment and respond to the needs of the co-owners, work and community. Participation in the project will enable UP to obtain additional educational results, which go beyond the curriculum in their schools and are expected at the next stages of education and work. The project aims to involve the potential of the University in logically related and interdependent teaching elements, which at each stage allow to apply and develop acquired knowledge and skills. Using synergy effects at every stage, it ensures effective use of the time and involvement of the University and develops competences in the field of innovation, critical thinking and problem solving and team’s working skills in the context of the working environment. Cel gł. proj.: Podniesienie kompetencji w zakresie innowacyjności, krytycz. myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów oraz umiejętności pracy zespoł. w kontekście środowiska pracy 240 uczniów (dalej UCZ) w wieku 13-16lat poprzez ich uczestnictwo w kursach edukac. realizowanych przez pracowników dydakt. AMW w okr. 09.2019-06.2022.Realizacja celu gł. przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegół. POWER poprzez lepsze przygotowanie 240UCZ do kontynuowania nauki na szczeblu wyższym bądź podjęcia zatrudnienia i odpowiada na potrzeby gosp., r.pracy i społ. Udział w proj. umożliwi uzyskanie przez UP dodatkowych efektów kształc., kt. wykraczają poza program nauczania w ich szkołach i są oczekiwane na kolejnych etapach kształc. oraz na r.pracy.
