W okresie od 02.01.2019r. do 30.06.2020r. 190 (120K/70M) mieszkańców Włocławka i okolic podniesie swoje kompetencje kluczowe pozwalające na:aktywizację społeczną i zawodową,poszerzanie wiedzy ogólnej i specjalistycznej oraz rozwój zainteresowań, pobudzanie aktywności edukacyjnej i kulturalnej, a także przyczyniające się do zapobiegania wykluczeniu społecz. w wyniku opracowania programów kształcenia i realizację działań dydaktycznych,kursów,szkoleń przez uczelnię wyższą we współpracy z dwiema organizacjami pozarządowymi działającymi na rzecz edukacji (KD6).Projekt swoim zakresem obejmuje wyłącznie działania prowadzone na rzecz społeczności lokalnej i regionalnej tj.w dzieci,młodzieży i osób dorosłych (w tym Seniorów) w wymiarze 3000 godzin zajęć dydaktycznych,kursów i szkoleń.Projekt realizowany we formalnej współpracy z NGO:-Stowarzyszeniem "Medyczny Uniwersytet Trzeciego Wieku we Włocławku" -Stowarzyszeniem promującym edukację i rozwój "Perspektywa".
