The main objective of the project “COMPETENTIA – Improving the competence of students of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin” is to raise the competences of 220 students of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin, who are educated during the last four semesters of uniform studies in the following fields: medical and medical-stomatological, in key areas for the economy and development of the country, i.e.: (a) professional, (b) communicative, (c) entrepreneurship, (d) IT. Training needs are based on analyses and forecasts confirming the need to develop specific competences in specific areas and on the basis of the needs of employers and employers’ organisations. This task will be implemented through the use of four forms of support, i.e.(a) Certified training leading to qualification, b) workshops educating competences, c) additional practical tasks for students carried out in project form, including project teams, d) study visits to employers. Celem głównym projektu "COMPETENTIA – Podniesienie kompetencji studentów Pomorskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Szczecinie" jest podniesienie kompetencji 220 studentów Pomorskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Szczecinie, kształcących się na czterech ostatnich semestrach studiów jednolitych na kierunkach: lekarskim oraz lekarsko-stomatologicznym, w obszarach kluczowych dla gospodarki i rozwoju kraju, tj.: a) zawodowych, b) komunikacyjnych, c) w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, d) informatycznych. Potrzeby szkoleniowe zostały okreśone w oparciu o analizy i prognozy potwierdzające potrzebę rozwijania określonych kompetencji w konkretnych obszarach oraz w oparciu o zapotrzebowanie zgłaszane przez pracodawców i organizacje pracodawców. Zadanie to będzie realizowane poprzez zastosowanie czterech form wsparcia, tj. a) certyfikowane szkolenia prowadzące do uzyskania kwalifikacji, b) zajęcia warsztatowe kształcące kompetencje, c) dodatkowe zadania praktyczne dla studentów realizowane w formie projektowej, w tym w ramach zespołów projektowych, d) wizyty studyjne u pracodawców.
