The aim of the project is to develop the third mission of the University of Opole (GD) by developing training programmes and teaching activities, workshops, training camps with the City Hall in charge of education and possessing experience and substantive business activities linked to the objectives of the project.Project implementation in the period 01.11.2018-30.09.2021 (35 months) (KD3) of 528 (256K/272M) out of 660 of (320K/340M) students from upper secondary education students from all over Poland, students in schools in Opolskie Province (GD) Project includes activities carried out jointly with the City Hall and schools for local and regional communities, contributing to the development of key competences, addressing the needs of the labour market, the economy and society (KD5), Rezultata proj:rezul index:Number of persons who have increased competence for the activities of universities supported by the ESF:528 (256K/272M)Number of persons subject to education courses in the framework of the execution of a third university mission:660 (320K/340M) Tasks:at the end of the year, 4 people of classes/camps for pupils will be organised in the first round, lasting up to April 2019, with third class students who, due to a number of school duties (including examinations), will then complete their education and enable them to be part of the contour.The second, lasting until June 2019 and the third (by June 2020), and a fourth (up to June 2021), are for all students and will consist of two complementary colours:the curt cycle and the school camp.In each ed period, the period of November and February will be devoted to the adoption of programmes, the success of programmes, but also, above all, forms of learning which take into account the needs of the students who will participate in pro bono participation.The types and forms of courses selected are adequately adapted to the needs of the UP, i.e. those according to their their developmental age and their cognitive level.     Celem projektu jest rozwój III misji Uniwersytetu Opolskiego (GD) poprzez opracowanie programów kształcenia i realizację działań dydaktycznych, warsztatów, obozów szkoleniowych wspólnie z Urzędem Miasta działającym na rzecz edukacji i posiadającym doświadczenie i merytoryczny zakres działalności związany z celami projektu. Realizacja projektu w okresie 01.11.2018-30.09.2021(35 m-cy) (KD3) wśród 528 (256K/272M) z 660 (320K/340M)uczniów szkół ponadgimnazjalnych z całej Polski, uczących się w szkołach na terenie woj. opolskiego (GD)Projekt obejmuje działania realizowane wspólnie z Urzędem Miasta oraz szkołami na rzecz społeczności lokalnych i regionalnych, przyczyniające się do rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych, odp potrzebom rynku pracy, gospodarki i społeczeństwa (KD5)Rezultaty proj: wskaźnik rezul: Liczba osób, które podniosły kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS: 528 (256K/272M) wskaźnik prod: Liczba osób objętych kursami edukacyjnymi w ramach realizacji trzeciej misji uczelni: 660 (320K/340M) Zadania:Projekt obejmuje: przygot 4 prog kształ, cykl warszt oraz obozy szkol W proj zorganizowane zostaną 4 edycje zajęć/obozów dla uczniów - w pierwszej, trwającej do kwietnia 2019 roku udział wezmą uczniowie klas trzecich, którzy z uwagi na liczne obowiązki szkolne (m.in. egzaminy) wcześniej kończą edukację i umożliwiony im zostanie udział w części warszt. Druga ed, trwająca do czerwca 2019 roku oraz trzecia (do czerwca 2020 roku), a także czwarta (do czerwca 2021 roku) przeznaczone zostały dla wszystkich uczniów i będą składały się z dwóch wzajemnie uzupełniających się ele: cyklu warszt oraz obozu szkol. W każdej ed okres listopad-luty przeznaczony zostanie na przygo wyspecjal programów kształ, z dobraniem metod, efektów, ale przede wszystkim form zajęć, uwzględniających potrzeby konkretnych uczest, którzy wezmą udział w pro. Rodzaje i forma zajęć dobierane są adekwatnie do potrzeb UP, tj. zgodne z ich pot wynikaj. z ich wieku rozwoju i poziomu poznawczego. (Polish)
