The Faculty of Biology of the University of Mickiewicz prepared a project aimed at equipping 32 students of biology at the Faculty of Biology of the Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw – III studies of first-degree nature teaching and II studies of second-degree biology teaching – skills adapted to the labour market, through participation of students in 1- and 2-month professional internships carried out in 2016 and 2017. The target group of the project consists of 75 students of Biology at the University of Warsaw, a teacher specialisation (III of studies I st. NP and II of studies II st. NB), recruited for the project in 2016 and 2017, in two cycles of the project. Key tasks in the project are the implementation of national and foreign professional internships for students of the Faculty of Biology of the University of Warsaw, specialty teaching nature and teaching biology. Internships will take place in national and foreign institutions with an activity profile ensuring an increase in professional competence, in accordance with the results of education for the field of biology specific teaching. During the internship, the student will be able to use the acquired knowledge in practice, thus building his professional experience. Trainees will be provided with remuneration, reimbursement of travel expenses, accommodation, medical examinations and insurance for the duration of the internship. Indicators to be achieved in the project: 32 persons who have increased their competencies as part of the activities of universities supported by the ESF; 34 students who participated in traineeships supported by the ESF. Wydział Biologii Uniwersytetu im. A. Mickiewicza przygotował projekt, którego celem jest wyposażenie 32 studentów biologii Wydziału Biologii UAM - III r. studiów I stopnia specjalności nauczanie przyrody oraz II r. studiów II stopnia specjalności nauczanie biologii - w kompetencje dostosowane do rynku pracy, poprzez udział studentów w 1- i 2- miesięcznych stażach zawodowych, realizowanych w 2016 i 2017 r. Zorganizowane zostaną 1- i 2- miesięczne, płatne staże (120 godz./m-c) dla co najmniej 30% studentów z każdego roku studiów objętych projektem. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 75 studentów kierunku Biologia na WB UAM, specjalność nauczycielska (III r. studiów I st. NP oraz II r. studiów II st. NB), rekrutowanych do projektu w roku 2016 i 2017, w dwóch cyklach projektu. Kluczowe zadania w projekcie to realizacja krajowych i zagranicznych staży zawodowych dla studentów kierunku Biologia WB UAM, specjalność nauczanie przyrody i nauczanie biologii. Staże będą odbywały się w krajowych i zagranicznych instytucjach o profilu działalności zapewniającym wzrost kompetencji zawodowych, zgodnie z efektami kształcenia dla kierunku biologia spec. nauczanie. W trakcie stażu, student będzie mógł wykorzystać w praktyce zdobytą wiedzę, budując w ten sposób swoje doświadczenie zawodowe. Stażystom zapewnione zostanie wynagrodzenie, zwrot kosztów dojazdu, zakwaterowania, badań lekarskich oraz ubezpieczenia na czas odbywania stażu. Wskaźniki założone do osiągnięcia w projekcie: 32 osoby, które podniosły kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS; 34 studentów, którzy uczestniczyli w stażach wspieranych ze środków EFS.
