The aim of the project is to increase the practical competence of the enrolled Anglo and Polish language students of the last 4 seconds of first and second rank at the Faculty of Civil Engineering (WIL) for the construction direction by organising and running up to 30.09.2019 high quality traineeships for 180 students (59 women, 121 men) in recognised construction firms within a period of 24 months, and will be carried out at a level of 360 hours, within a period of 16 g/min the trainee’s engagement 20 h per week and related to the practical elements for the construction.Training in good construction will allow for the extension of skills in innovative materials and technology, or design concepts for works in the field of construction.Adequate supervision and care of the trainee and monitoring of the traineeship and of the trainee’s progress are foreseen.The supervision will be carried out by qualified persons who have the knowledge, skills and competences to be recognised and validated during the traineeship, and at the end they will be certified in the form of a certificate and references.The project aims to achieve the following milestones:1.Collection of 280 proposals for high quality traineeships among firms with a strong position in the construction market (companies cooperating with the WIL IR in the framework of the ZDD, letters of intent).2.Recruit 180 participants for high-quality traineeships 3.Develop student internship programmes in agreement with firms to maximise the chances of job placement after the placement 4.To confirm the improvement of the practical competence of 180 students by holding a traineeship on account of their future employment as well as obtaining the proven experience needed for building rights.     Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji praktycznych studentów studiów stacjonarnych anglo i polskojęzycznych 4 ostatnich sem. studiów I i II stopnia na Wydziale Inżynierii Lądowej(WIL) na kierunku budownictwo poprzez zorganizowanie i przeprowadzenie w okresie 24 m-cy, do 30.09.2019 wysokiej jakości staży dla 180 studentów (59 kobiet, 121 mężczyzn) w uznanych firmach budowlanych.) Staże będą realizowane w wymiarze 360 h, w okresie 16 tyg/przy min. zaangażowaniu stażysty 20 h w tygodniu i będą związane z elementami praktycznymi na kierunku budownictwo. Odbycie stażu w dobrej firmie budowlanej pozwoli na rozszerzenie umiejętności w zakresie innowacyjnych rozwiązań materiałowo-technologicznych, czy też koncepcji projektowych dotyczących robót w danych specjalnościach budownictwa. Przewiduje się odpowiedni nadzór i opiekę nad stażystą oraz monitorowanie przebiegu stażu i postępów stażysty. Nadzór będą pełniły osoby wykwalifikowane, a zdobyta wiedza, umiejętności i kompetencje będą poddawane uznaniu i walidacji w trakcie stażu, a na zakończenie poświadczane w formie certyfikatu i referencji. W projekcie przewiduje się osiągnięcie następujących celów pośrednich: 1.Zebranie zbioru 280 propozycji wysokiej jakości staży spośród firm o zdecydowanej pozycji na rynku budowlanym (firmy współpracujące z WIL PW w ramach ZDD, listów intencyjnych). 2. Zrekrutowanie do projektu 180 uczestników wysokiej jakości staży 3. Opracowanie programów staży dla studentów w porozumieniu z firmami w celu zmaksymalizowania prawdopodobieństwa uzyskania pracy po odbyciu stażu 4. Potwierdzenie poprawy kompetencji praktycznych 180 studentów poprzez odbycie stażu na konto przyszłego zatrudnienia jak również zdobycie potwierdzanego doświadczenia niezbędnego do uprawnień budowlanych.
