The main objective of the project “Internships for Humanities Second Generation” is to increase the practical skills of 68 students of UW (31K,37M) in the field of Humanities Second Generation [H.2.0], by participating in high-quality internship programmes from III 2018 to VI 2019 during the course of 2 and 3 years of studies so as to enable BO to complement the most effective knowledge gained in the studies with practical experience. The project provides for the implementation of only 3 months paid traineeships in Poland, each in 360 hours, not less than 20 hours a week. The result of the project will be to raise competences in key areas for the economy and development of the country as part of the activities of universities supported by the ESF by 68 students of the faculty of staff for the gaming industry (Gamedec specialisation) and the information and digital services sector (Digital Man). The group represents 44.9 % of the total number of students of the H.2.0 course and 56 % of the number of students from the yearbooks covered by the project. It’s okay. 85 % in the year 2015/2016 and approx. 32 % in the year 2016/2017(KD-11). During the course of the internship, students will use the knowledge and skills they have trained during the course of their studies. The main goal is to obtain practical skills and competences for students during their traineeships, which are impossible to obtain in their studies, which will allow them to increase their employability in the industry. Celem głównym projektu " Staże dla Humanistyki Drugiej Generacji" jest wzrost praktycznych umiejętności 68 studentów UKW (31K,37M) na kierunku Humanistyka Drugiej Generacji [H.2.0], poprzez udział w wysokiej jakości programach stażowych od III 2018 do VI 2019r. w trakcie 2 i 3 roku studiów tak by umożliwić BO najbardziej efektywne uzupełnienie zdobytej na studiach wiedzy o doświadczenia praktyczne. Projekt przewiduje realizację wyłącznie na terenie Polski, 3-miesięcznych płatnych staży, każdy w wymiarze 360 h, nie mniej niż 20 h w tygodniu. Rezultatem projektu będzie podniesienie kompetencji w obszarach kluczowych dla gospodarki i rozwoju kraju w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS u 68 studentów kierunku kształcącego kadry dla branży gier (specjalizacja Gamedec) oraz sektora usług informacyjnych i cyfrowych (Człowiek cyfrowy). Grupę doc. stanowi 44,9% ogólnej liczby studentów kierunku H.2.0 i 56% liczby studentów z roczników objętych projektem. Ok. 85% na roczniku 2015/2016 oraz ok. 32% na roczniku 2016/2017(KD-11). W trakcie trwania stażu, studenci będą wykorzystywać wiedzę i umiejętności, które wykształcili podczas trwania studiów. Głównym celem jest uzyskanie przez studentów podczas trwania stażu, praktycznych umiejętności i kompetencji, niemożliwych do zdobycia na studiach, które pozwolą im zwiększyć swoje szanse na zatrudnienie w branży.
