The subject of the project is the purchase of a technological line for the production of joints using wedge-trailers. As a result of the investment, the applicant will be able to produce construction wood and glued layered wood, as well as start production of structural and glued laminated wood, and with the help of the purchased technology will connect wedge lamellas to structural and glued laminated wood. The method of bonding with wedges in technology allows for the smallest size surpluses and the smallest loss of wood, and thus the use of post-production and utility wood. Jointing of wedge-trailers is already widely accepted, so solutions are offered to speed up the process or allow the processing of increasingly thick elements at even greater speed. New technological solutions allow for fast and efficient milling and pressing of up to eight connections per minute of beam elements 750-5000 mm long, 80-300 mm wide and 25-150 mm thick. The bonding process can be carried out with a force of 200, 300 and 400 kN. New features of available technologies on the market include a guide to the coupling machine, supervision of the package with laser sensors, quick adjustment of the height of the mounting on the coupling table, automatic transmission with length measurement, pre-selecting intermediate cuts at the end product, and central, lower chip extraction connections. Using the technology described in this proposal from waste wood, the applicant will receive a valuable final product: profile of wedge trailers for all applications (English)

Dzięki zastosowaniu technologii opisanej w niniejszym wniosku z drewna odpadowego Wnioskodawca otrzyma wartościowy produkt końcowy: profil wczepów klinowych do wszystkich zastosowań (Polish)
