The applicant will be the municipality of Prusice. The implementation of the project is related to the tasks of the municipality, which is obliged to meet the collective needs of the community, among others, in terms of electricity supply. According to the letter of law, municipalities can act as generators and distributors of energy by undertaking activities related to its production, use of renewable energy sources, its transmission and distribution to end-users. The identification of the demand for energy and the benefits associated with the production of energy from RES made it necessary to implement this investment. Therefore, complete photovoltaic systems on the roofs of seven public utility buildings located in the commune are planned to be implemented. The project therefore envisages the construction of seven roof photovoltaic micro-installations with a total peak capacity of 135,98 kW, with energy storage systems for public utility facilities. The project will include actions to be carried out under the following tasks: construction of seven roof photovoltaic micro-installations. As part of the project, the applicant plans to build seven roof prosumers of photovoltaic micro-installations, which will be located on the following public utility facilities: Village Hall in Zakrzewo, Village Shrine in Piotrkowice, Village Shrine in Górów, Village Shrine in Brzeźno, Orlik with facilities in Pawlow Trzebnicki, School in Prusice, Association of Intercommunity Bychowo in Prusice. The municipality will therefore produce energy for its own use only without networking. As part of the above-mentioned task, the applicant will also bear the costs associated with the preparation of the technical documentation. Wnioskodawcą będzie gmina Prusice. Realizacja projektu związana jest z zadaniami własnymi gminy, która ma obowiązek zaspokajania zbiorowych potrzeb wspólnoty m.in. w zakresie zaopatrzenia w energię elektryczną. Zgodnie z literą prawa, gminy mogą pełnić rolę wytwórców oraz dystrybutorów energii, podejmując działania związane z jej wytwarzaniem, wykorzystywaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii, jej przesyłu oraz dystrybucji do odbiorców końcowych. Identyfikacja zapotrzebowania na energie oraz korzyści związane z wytwarzaniem energii z OZE, zadecydowały o konieczności realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji. W związku z powyższym, zaplanowano do realizacji kompletne systemy fotowoltaiczne na dachach siedmiu obiektów użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy. Projekt przewiduje zatem budowę siedmiu dachowych mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy szczytowej wynoszącej 135,98 kW, z systemami magazynowania energii dla obiektów użyteczności publicznej. Przedsięwzięcie obejmie działania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach zadania: budowa siedmiu dachowych mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca planuje budowę siedmiu dachowych prosumenkich mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych, które będą zlokalizowane na następujących obiektach użyteczności publicznej: Świetlica wiejska w Zakrzewie, Świetlica wiejska w Piotrkowicach, Świetlica wiejska w Górowie, Świetlica wiejska w Brzeźnie, Orlik z zapleczem w Pawłowie Trzebnickim, Zespół Szkół w Prusicach, Związek Międzygminny Bychowo w Prusicach. Gmina wytwarzać będzie zatem energie wyłącznie na potrzeby własne bez wprowadzania do sieci. W ramach w/w zadania, Wnioskodawca poniesie również koszty związane z przygotowaniem dokumentacji technicznej. Okres realizacji projektu obejmie cały 2017 r.
