Wnioskodawcą będzie gmina Wleń. Realizacja projektu związana jest z zadaniami własnymi gminy, która ma obowiązek zaspokajania zbiorowych potrzeb wspólnoty m.in. w zakresie zaopatrzenia w energię elektryczną. Zgodnie z literą prawa, gminy mogą pełnić rolę wytwórców oraz dystrybutorów energii, podejmując działania związane z jej wytwarzaniem, wykorzystywaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii, jej przesyłu oraz dystrybucji do odbiorców końcowych. Identyfikacja zapotrzebowania na energie oraz korzyści związane z wytwarzaniem energii z OZE, zadecydowały o konieczności realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji. W związku z powyższym, zaplanowano stworzenie czterech dachowych oraz trzech naziemnych prosumenckich mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych z systemami magazynowania energii dla obiektów użyteczności publicznej (energia na potrzeby własne bez wprowadzania do sieci) zlokalizowanych na terenie gminy. Projekt przewiduje zatem stworzenie siedmiu mikroinstalacji o łącznej mocy szczytowej wynoszącej 168,22 kW, z systemami magazynowania energii dla obiektów użyteczności publicznej. Przedsięwzięcie obejmie działania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach zadania: budowa 7 mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca planuje budowę czterech dachowych prosumenkich mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych, które będą zlokalizowane na następujących obiektach: Ośrodek Kultury we Wleniu; Zespół Szkół im. Świętej Jadwigi Śląskiej we Wleniu; Świetlica Wiejska w Marczowie; Świetlica Wiejska w Strzyżowcu; oraz trzech mikroinstalacji naziemnych zlokalizowanych w obszarze: Zbiorników Wody; Stacji Uzdatniania Wody oraz Oczyszczalni Ścieków. Gmina wytwarzać będzie zatem energię wyłącznie na potrzeby własne bez wprowadzania do sieci. Zadanie obejmie również przeprowadzenie robót budowlanych dotyczących przygotowania terenu pod lokalizację trzech mikroinstalacji naziemnych. Ponadto, w ramach w/w zadania, Wnioskodawca poniesie również koszty związane z przygotowaniem dokumentacji technicznej. (Polish)

The applicant will be the municipality of Wleń. The implementation of the project is related to the tasks of the municipality, which is obliged to meet the collective needs of the community, among others, in terms of electricity supply. According to the letter of law, municipalities can act as generators and distributors of energy by undertaking activities related to its production, use of renewable energy sources, its transmission and distribution to end-users. The identification of the demand for energy and the benefits associated with the production of energy from RES made it necessary to implement this investment. In view of the above, four roofing and three ground-based prosumer photovoltaic micro-installations with energy storage systems for public utility facilities (own energy without networking) are planned to be created in the municipality. The project therefore envisages the creation of seven micro-installations with a total peak capacity of 168.22 kW, with energy storage systems for public facilities. The project will include actions to be carried out under the following tasks: construction of 7 photovoltaic micro-installations. As part of the project, the applicant plans to build four roof prosumers of photovoltaic micro-installations, which will be located on the following facilities: The Cultural Centre in Wleń; The Sacred Jadwiga Śląska School Complex in Wleń; Village hall in Marczów; Village hall in Strzyżowiec; and three ground-based micro-installations located in the area: Water reservoirs; Water treatment stations and sewage treatment plants. The municipality will therefore generate energy exclusively for its own use without being put into the grid. The task will also include carrying out construction works concerning the preparation of the site for the location of three ground-based micro-installations. In addition, as part of the above-mentioned task, the applicant will also bear the costs associated with the preparation of the technical documentation. (English)
