The general objective of the project is to increase the level of use of information and communication and information technologies in the scope of public tasks of the City of Jelenia Góra. The objective will be achieved by increasing the availability and maturity of public e-services provided by the City of Jelenia Góra – according to the Rules of Procedure project type 2.1.A in the scope of b, e (dominating scope), 2.1.C, including c. The project plans to launch a central platform of e-services and social participation portal, implementation of financial e-services, city budget management system, and promotion and information activities. A total of 4 ICT systems and 40 e-services will be implemented, including 25 at a high transactional level of maturity. The scope of the project – types of e-services and information systems are a response to diagnosed needs: — the office and its staff in terms of increasing the efficiency of the tasks and duties performed, which will influence the broadening of customers’ access to information/resources desired for the fulfilment of civic duties, – clients (citizens and representatives of the business environment) in terms of high popularity of certain services. The scope of e-services is included in the thematic area of the WD RPO Program Document [FULL. I'M A SPECIALIST. 13] – Access to spatial information. Implementation of the project will ultimately serve to increase the number of official matters handled by customers electronically. The project will be implemented by the City of Jelenia Góra, performing its statutory tasks through the City Hall, will support the development of the national ePUAP platform and ensure the interoperability of ICT systems in accordance with current legal requirements.     Celem ogólnym projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu wykorzystania technologii informatycznych oraz komunikacyjno-informacyjnych w zakresie realizacji zadań publicznych Miasta Jelenia Góra. Cel zostanie osiągnięty dzięki zwiększeniu dostępności i dojrzałości e-usług publicznych świadczonych przez Miasto Jelenia Góra- wg Regulaminu konkursu typ projektu 2.1.A w zakresie b, e (dominujący zakres), 2.1.C, w tym c. W projekcie zaplanowano uruchomienie centralnej platformy e-usług mieszkańca i portalu partycypacji społecznej, wdrożenie e-usług finansowych, systemu zarządzania budżetem miasta, oraz działania promocyjno-informacyjne. Łącznie wdrożone zostaną 4 systemy teleinformatyczne oraz 40 e-usług, w tym 25 szt. na wysokim, transakcyjnym poziomie dojrzałości. Zakres przedmiotowy projektu – rodzaje e-usług i systemów informatycznych to odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane potrzeby: - urzędu i jego pracowników w zakresie zwiększenia efektywności wykonywanych zadań i obowiązków, które wpływać będą na poszerzenie dostępu klientów do informacji/ zasobów pożądanych z punktu widzenia realizacji obowiązków obywatelskich, - klientów (obywateli i reprezentantów środowiska biznesu) w zakresie wysokiej popularności określonych usług. Zakres e-usług wpisuje się w obszar tematyczny dokumentu programowego RPO WD [SPEŁNIA KRYT. SPEC. 13] - dostęp do informacji przestrzennej. Realizacja projektu docelowo służyć będzie zwiększeniu liczby spraw urzędowych załatwianych przez klientów elektronicznie. Projekt realizowany będzie przez Miasto Jelenią Górę, wykonujące swoje zadania statutowe za pośrednictwem Urzędu Miasta, wspierać będzie rozwój krajowej platformy ePUAP, zapewni też interoperacyjność systemów teleinformatycznych zgodnie z aktualnymi wymogami prawa. Projekt nie jest projektem partnerskim, nie jest częścią większej inwestycji. (Polish)
