The subject of the project is to improve the quality of PGK and customer service through the implementation of modern IT solutions and the implementation of e-services.The necessity of implementing the project results from the diagnosed problems: inefficient infrastructure, low-performance equipment, lack of a system to implement e-services, failure to meet current legal and technical standards, lack of readiness to meet future requirements related to the digitisation of public services. The scope of the task includes comprehensive modernisation and expansion of the current IT infrastructure of PGK and the implementation of an integrated IT system that improves internal administrative work, which will translate into the implementation of 9 public e-services A2B and A2C.The proposed system meets the principles of interoperability at 4 levels: legal, semantic, organizational and technological resulting from the Council of Ministers of 12.04.2012 in the National Interoperability Framework, minimum requirements for public registers and exchange of information in electronic form and minimum requirements for ICT systems. The project also provides for information and promotion activities of implemented e-services and training for employees of the company. The project has a positive impact on the achievement of the main objective of the CPD 2014-2020, fully in line with the support of PI 2.1 E-services. It is consistent with strategic documents at regional and national level and has a positive impact on EU horizontal policies. Implementation of the project will be carried out by the Project Unit – a cell in the organisational structure of the PGK. The infrastructure and software will be used to carry out the statutory tasks of the company. The Company has the necessary human and financial resources to maintain and operate the subject of the project properly throughout its shelf life. Przedmiotem projektu jest podniesienie jakości działania PGK i obsługi klienta poprzez implementację nowoczesnych rozwiązań IT i wdrożenie e-usług.Konieczność realizacji projektu wynika ze zdiagnozowanych problemów: niewydajna infrastruktura, sprzęt o niskich parametrach, brak systemu umożliwiającego wdrożenie e-usług, niespełnianie obecnych standardów prawnych i technicznych, brak gotowości do realizacji przyszłych wymogów związanych z cyfryzacją usług publicznych. Infrastruktura i oprogramowanie będą wykorzystywane do realizacji statutowych zadań spółki.Spółka dysponuje niezbędnymi zasobami kadrowymi i finansowymi do prawidłowego utrzymania i eksploatacji przedmiotu projektu przez cały okres jego trwałości.
