The aim of the project “Geocompetence in practice-way to success II” is to increase competitiveness on the labour market 42 st (26K and 16M) of the last 2 semesters of second degree studies:Geography[Geography[G](10 people;5K/5M); Environmental Geoinformation [Gś](14 people;8K/6M) and Tourism and Recreation [TIR](18 persons); 13K/5M) (published at the Faculty of Earth Sciences [WNoZi] of the Nicolaus Copernicus University [UMK] in Toruń in the year ak.2017/2018) on the labour market until 31/05/2019.[CRITERIUM Access (KD4] by gaining professional experience during national traineeships. The planned traineeship programme includes comprehensive and individual support for each st.: 0 the traineeship programme will be developed on a case-by-case basis after tripartite consultations (student-representative of the employer-provider of the internship) taking into account the practical application of learning outcomes on a given field of study [KD13] 0 will be concluded with a tripartite traineeship contract specifying the rights and obligations of the parties; 0 during the internship there will be consultations (e-mail, meetings) between the student, the caregiver on the part of the employer and the university’s substantive guardian to monitor the course of the traineeship; 0 for the trainee shall be paid the remuneration provided for in the competition; 0 will be covered: medical examination; NNW; travel and accommodation outside of the place of residence in Poland. The above assumptions will guarantee high quality of offered internships. The main objective corresponds to the specific objective of the PO WER, as the project aims to support those participating in higher education and to implement a high-quality traineeship programme. Graduates of the supported courses will help to strengthen the areas indicated in RSI Wojew.Kuj-Pom. in the field of medicine, medical services and health tourism (TIR); Information processing,multimedia, programming, ICT services(Gś);A Biointelligent Specialist (English)

    Celem proj.„Geokompetencje w praktyce-drogą do sukcesu II” jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności na rynku pracy 42 st. (26K i 16M) ostatnich 2 semestrów studiów II stopnia na kierunkach:Geografia[G](10 osób;5K/5M);Geoinformacja Środowiskowa [GŚ](14 osób;8K/6M) oraz Turystyka i Rekreacja [TIR](18 osób; 13K/5M) (realizowanych na Wydziale Nauk o Ziemi [WNoZi] Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika[UMK] w Toruniu w roku ak.2017/2018) na rynku pracy do 31/05/2019 r.[KRYTERIUM DOSTĘPU (KD4] poprzez zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego w trakcie staży krajowych. Planowany program stażu zakłada kompleksowe i indywidualne wsparcie dla każdego st.: 0 program stażu zostanie opracowany indywidualnie dla każdego st. po konsultacjach trójstronnych(student-przedstawiciel pracodawcy-opiekun merytoryczny stażu) z uwzględnieniem praktycznego zastosowanie efektów kształcenia na danym kierunku studiów [KD13] 0 zawarta zostanie trójstronna umowa stażowa określająca prawa i obowiązki stron; 0 w trakcie stażu odbywać się będą konsultacje (e-mail,spotkania) pomiędzy studentem,opiekunem ze strony pracodawcy i opiekunem merytorycznym ze strony uczelni w celu monitorowania przebiegu stażu; 0 dla stażysty wypłacane będzie wynagrodzenie w wysokości przewidzianej w ramach konkursu; 0 pokryte zostaną koszty:badań lekarskich;NNW; dojazdu oraz zakwaterowania poza miejscem zamieszkania w Polsce. Powyższe założenia będą gwarancją wysokiej jakości oferowanych staży. Cel główny odpowiada celowi szczegółowemu PO WER, ponieważ projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym oraz zrealizowanie wysokiej jakości programu stażowego.
