The aim of the project is to create and implement a new course of education of Criminal Chemistry and Judicial Chemistry with a general academic profile at WBCH UwB corresponding to current socio-economic needs, including in particular the Podlaskie Voivodeship(WP).Project activities concern the area where the WP has a higher level of activity. 1.cares conducted by employers, including workshops 2.Project activities, supported by theoretical activities 3.Special activities(in laboratories) The project.Proj. foresees activities developing key competences for entrepreneurs and employers from the HR, supporting the entrepreneurial attitude, innovation in all STCKiS.In order to increase participation in the process of teaching practitioners and strengthening the educational offer of the UwC and the results of education, the training and preparation of the education and training activities are implemented. Celem projektu jest utworzenie i realizacja nowego kierunku kształcenia Chemia Kryminalistyczna i Sądowa o profilu ogólnoakademickim na WBCH UwB odpowiadającego aktualnym potrzebom społeczno-gospodarczym, w tym szczególnie Województwa Podlaskiego(WP).Działania projektu dotyczą obszaru,w którym WP posiada ponadprzeciętny potencjał, są odpowiedzią na zapotrzebowanie przemysłu rolno-spożywczego,chemicznego,sektora medycznego,nauk o życiu oraz w zakresie podniesienia bezpieczeństwa i jakości życia(czyli wynikające z RIS3 i SRWP 2020 cel strat.3).UwB ma siedzibę na obszarze WP,którego dotyczy obszar realizacji projektu i prowadzi działalność z obszaru RSI WP(KP6).Projekt posiada pozytywna opinię samorządu WP potwierdzającą zgodność zaplanowanych w nim działań z RSI WP,na którego potrzeby będzie realizowane kształcenie w ramach projektu(KD11) GD stanowi 30studentów/tek (9M,21K),którzy ukończyli studia I st. Głównym problemem WP jest niedostosowanie oferty kształcenia,kompetencji i umiejętności do potrzeb RP absolwentów uczelni wyższych,dlatego w projekcie zaplanowano działania w 3 uzupełniających się obszarach realizacji: 1.zajęć prowadzonych przez pracodawców, w tym Zajęć Warsztatowych 2.Zajęć Projektowych,wspartych zajęciami teoretycznymi 3.Zajęć Specjalistycznych(w laboratoriach) Proj.przewiduje zajęcia rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe dla przedsiębiorców i pracodawców z WP, wspierające postawę przedsiębiorczą,innowacyjną u wszystkich ST KCKiS.W celu zwiększenia udziału w procesie nauczania praktyków i wzmocnienia oferty edukacyjnej UwB i efektów kształcenia przygotowanie i realizacja KCKiS oparte są na aktywnej i sformalizowanej współpracy z UM w B-stok,UC w B-stok,CLKP w W-wie W projekcie zaplanowane są koszty wynikające tylko z zaangażowania osób z otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego w nowym,dotychczas nie realizowanym zakresie i formule współpracy i zaadaptowania w procesie kształc.nowych rozwiązań proponowanych i opra (Polish)
