The project consists of rebuilding the existing residential building, degraded and unused former workers’ hotel in places. Jaroszów (Z. No. 362/47 of Jaroszów (building) and Dz. No 362/30 (connection)) in order to adapt it to social housing, as well as for a common room. As a result of a periodic check of the state of tech, carried out in 01.2017, it was found that in an emergency state, i.e. >60 % of damage shall be the following finishing elements: 1. window and door carpentry, 2nd inner surface over part of the common room, 3.installations: sanitary, water, central heating and electrical sewerage 4. ceramic, terracotta, parquet, and poor technical condition (41-50 % of wear) showed structural elements: 1. ceiling reinforced concrete structures, 2. chimneys, 3. interior construction walls. Despite this, the construction of the building meets the condition of loadability and stability The project provides for work on: • preparation of project documentation, • execution of construction and installation works, • purchase of equipment, • provision of promotional activities As a result of the reconstruction, there will be 21 social premises (with the standard of equipment and technical condition specified in the Act of 21 June 2001 on the protection of the rights of tenants, housing resources of the commune and the amendment of the Civil Code) and a room, which are part of a common building serving functions of common facilities for social initiatives organised for and by residents. The option was chosen on the basis of the strategic analysis and analysis of technological solutions (cost efficiency analysis). The project will be implemented by the Municipality of Strzegom. The employees of the municipality have many years of experience in the implementation of projects co-financed from domestic and foreign external funds, which guarantees the smooth execution of all procedures in accordance with the regulations.     Projekt polega na przebudowie istniejącego budynku mieszk.-usług., zdegradowanego i nieużytkowanego byłego hotelu robotniczego w miejsc. Jaroszów (dz. nr 362/47 obręb Jaroszów (budynek) oraz dz. nr 362/30 (przyłącza)) w celu jego adaptacji na mieszkania socjalne, oraz na pomieszczenie pełniące funkcję świetlicy. W wyniku okresowej kontroli stanu tech., przeprowadzonej w 01.2017 r. stwierdzono, że w stanie awaryjnym tj. >60% zniszczenia są następujące elementy wykończeniowe: 1.stolarka okienna i drzwiowa, 2.tynki wewn.(podsufitka)nad częścią sali świetlicowej, 3.instalacje: kanalizacji sanitarnej, wodociągowej, centralnego ogrzewania i elektrycznej 4.posadzki: ceramiczne, lastrykowe, parkietowe, natomiast zły stan techniczny (41-50% zużycia) wykazały elementy konstrukcyjne: 1. stropowe konstrukcje żelbetowe, 2. kominy, 3. wewn. ściany konstrukcyjne. Pomimo tego, konstrukcja budynku spełnia warunek nośności i stateczności W projekcie przewidziano prace w zakresie: • przygotowania dokumentacji projektowej, • wykonania prac budowlanych i instalacyjnych, • zakupu wyposażenia, • zapewnienia działań promocyjnych W wyniku przebudowy powstanie 21 lokali socjalnych (o standardzie wyposażeniu i stanie technicznym określonym w ustawie z dnia 21 czerwca 2001 r. o ochronie praw lokatorów, mieszkaniowym zasobie gminy i zmianie Kodeksu cywilnego) oraz pomieszczenie, będące częścią wspólną budynku pełniące funkcje świetlicy na potrzeby inicjatyw społecznych organizowanych dla oraz przez mieszkańców. Wyboru wariantu dokonano na podst. analizy strategicznej oraz analizy rozwiązań technologicznych (analiza efektywności kosztowej). Projekt realizowany będzie przez Gminę Strzegom. Pracownicy gminy posiadają wieloletnie doświadczenie w realizacji projektów współfinansowanych ze środków zewn. krajowych i zagranicznych, co gwarantuje sprawne przeprowadzenie wszystkich procedur zgodnie z przepisami.
