| Property / summary: The project involves the development of a new training programme which will be developed on the basis of the models developed in a non-competitive project implemented by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education:Development of model teacher training programmes.The programme will then be implemented in non-fixed I education courses for teaching specialities.The project will recruit 30 students (28 k/2 m) — recruitment 2018/2019, who will implement a training programme in non-fixed education courses for teaching courses for teaching specialities (early and pre-school pedagogy) based on the training programme developed in the draft.For legal reasons, the scheme will be based on the Ministry of Social Security Regulation of 17 January 2017 on training standards for the teaching profession.However, it will also partly take into account, in view of the 3-year education cycle, the proposals for a new model for the education of early school teachers and early childhood education of 31 January 2018.Elements such as: — the profile of a graduate; — partly learning outcomes; — some elements of the education programme (learning in action, personalisation of the education process and the number of hours of practice 300 and 120 of the seminar). Projekt zakłada opracowanie nowego programu kształcenia realizowanego w projekcie który będzie opracowany w oparciu o modele wypracowane w projekcie pozakonkursowym realizowanym przez Ministerstwo Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego pn. Opracowanie modelowych programów kształcenia nauczycieli. Następnie program ten zostanie wdrożony na studiach niestacjonarnych I stopnia na kierunku Pedagogika na specjalności nauczycielskiej. Do projektu zostanie zrekrutowanych 30 studentów (28 k /2 m) - nabór 2018 / 2019,którzy będą realizowali program kształcenia na studiach niestacjonarnych I stopnia na kierunku Pedagogika na specjalności nauczycielskiej (Pedagogika wczesnoszkolna i przedszkolna) w oparciu o opracowany w projekcie program kształcenia. Program,ze względów na regulacje prawne, będzie bazował na Rozporządzeniu MNiSW z dnia 17 stycznia 2017r. w sprawie standardów kształcenia przygotowujących do wykonywania zawodu nauczyciela. Jednak również będzie częściowo uwzględniał, ze względu na 3 letni cykl kształcenia, propozycje nowego modelu kształcenia nauczycieli przedszkoli i edukacji wczesnoszkolnej z dnia 31 stycznia 2018r. Uwzględnione zostaną m.in. takie elementy jak:- sylwetka absolwenta;- częściowo efekty kształcenia;- niektóre elementy programu kształcenia (uczenie się w działaniu, personalizacja procesu kształcenia oraz liczba godzin praktyki 300 i 120 seminarium).
