The project assumes the development of a programme of teacher education based on a model programme of teacher education developed in the non-competition project entitled. “Development of model teacher education programmes” by the Ministry of Science. The pre-school and early-school teacher education programmes developed for the course of pre-school and early-school 5-year uniform masters (exceptly carried out in the Project for 4 years) will determine the directional outcomes of education and the methods of their attainment and verification by students. It will contain content relevant to socio-economic development. The education programme will also contribute to the development of pedagogical competences and social competences of students.It will contribute to the“Improving competences of those participating in higher education, responding to the needs of the economy, labour market and society” through the development and implementation of the teacher education programme, taking into account current socio-economic needs and support for competences for which gaps have been diagnosed. Thanks to participation in P, students will develop key and necessary competences in the effective implementation of the teaching profession. The involvement of educational institutions (future employers) in implementation will further enrich the activitiesP by making them practical and more effective.The support will be given to 80 students, and the increase in competences responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society is expected in min.64students/completing the programme of studies in the teaching faculty of preschool and early school masters at the Peda University.
