The aim of the project is to increase communication, analytic, IT (including information search), language and entrepreneurship competences.The support will cover 1242 students/tekees of all courses of studies of the Jagiellonian University in accordance with the conditions laid down in the post of the Act of 27.07.2005 – Law on Higher Education (as amended) and the Ministry of Science Regulation of 3.10.2014. Competences will be developed through 4 forms of support: certified trainings and workshops; additional practical tasks in the form of a project; study visits at employers and additional activities organised with the socio-gosp. environment; cooperation with foreign entities. The main tasks of the project are: 1. Development of communication competences through workshops: building community skills and understanding oneself;from interpersonal communication;from building collaborative skills in a team;from conflict resolution and negotiation; 2. Developing analytical competences through workshops:from creativity as a tool for understanding and solving professional problems;from decision-making and thinking in system terms;from flexible thinking and social learning; 3. Development of IT competences, including information search through practical tasks in the form of design and workshops; 4. Development of language competence through certified training and practical tasks in the form of design (self-presentation course and effective development and presentation of professional materials in foreign languages); 5. Developing entrepreneurial competences through workshops, practical tasks in the form of project and cooperation with foreign actors; All these competences will be developed during study visits. Achieving the objective of the project will be confirmed by the balance of competences at the beginning and at the end of each participant/ca for each type of competence, monitoring of the fate of abs. by 12 m and verification of the indicator (English)

    Celem projektu jest wzrost kompetencji komunikacyjnych,analitycznych,informatycznych (w tym wyszukiwania informacji), językowych oraz w zakresie przedsiębiorczości.Wsparciem objętych zostanie 1242 studentów/tek wszystkich kierunków studiów UJ prow.zgodnie z warunkami określonymi na post.przepisów ustawy z 27.07.2005 – Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym (z późn. zm.) oraz rozporządzenia MNiSW z 3.10.2014. Kompetencje będą rozwijane poprzez 4 formy wsparcia:certyfikowane szkolenia i zajęcia warsztatowe;dodatkowe zadania praktyczne w formie projektowej;wizyty studyjne u pracodawców oraz zajęcia dodatkowe organizowane z otoczeniem społeczno-gosp.;współpraca z zagranicznymi podmiotami. Główne zadania projektu to: 1. Rozwój kompetencji komunikacyjnych poprzez warsztaty:z budowania umiejętności społ. oraz zrozumienia siebie;z komunikacji interpersonalnej;z budowania umiejętności współpracy w zespole;z rozwiazywania konfliktów i negocjowania; 2. Rozwój kompetencji analitycznych poprzez warsztaty:z kreatywności jako narzędzia rozumienia i rozwiązywania problemów zawodowych;z podejmowania decyzji i myślenia w kategoriach systemowych;z elastycznego myślenia i społecznego uczenia się; 3. Rozwój kompetencji informatycznych,w tym z zakresu wyszukiwania informacji poprzez zadania praktyczne w formie projektowej i warsztaty; 4. Rozwój kompetencji językowych poprzez certyfikowane szkolenia i zadania praktyczne w formie projektowej (kurs autoprezentacji i efektywnego opracowania i pokazu materiałów zawodowych w j. obcych); 5. Rozwój kompetencji przedsiębiorczych poprzez warsztaty, zadania praktyczne w formie proj. i współpracę z podmiotami zagranicznymi; Wszystkie ww. kompetencje będą rozwijane podczas wizyt studyjnych.
