    Celem projektu są wysokiej jakości administracyjne usługi świadczone drogą elektroniczną w 8 JST województwa pomorskiego tj. gminach Wicko, Żukowo, Potęgowo, Bobowo, Luzino, Morzeszczyn, Malbork, Kartuzy w obszarach istotnych dla prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej tj. podatki i opłaty lokalne i zarządzanie nieruchomościami i 235 (170K, 65M) pracowników tych JST w zakresie:1.Wdrożenie w 8 JST narzędzi informatycznych w obszarze P i OPLOK i ZN poprawiających efektywność zarządzania w/w obszarami „wewnątrz urzędów”2.Elektronizacja usług w obszarze P i OPLOK i ZN istotnych dla prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej poprzez-umożliwienie dostępu do informacji o sposobie załatwienia i przebiegu sprawy, -do elektronicznych usług administracyjnych w zakresie podatków i opłat lokalnych i zarządzania nieruchomościami-do informacji o lokalach użytkowych i nieruchomościach gruntowych przeznaczonych pod inwestycje 3. Wdrożenie narzędzi badania satysfakcji klienta/przedsiębiorcy.4.Wdrożenie rozwiązań zarządczych, w tym dotyczących zarządzania satysfakcją klienta w zakresie P i OPLOK i ZN, w związku z wdrożeniem nowych narzędzi informatycznych i e-usług w w/w obszarach.5.Szkolenia w zakresie podatków i opłat lokalnych, zarządzania nieruchomościami, kompetencji cyfrowych, badania satysfakcji klienta.
