The new product introduced under the brand Quikset Industries is a fast, lightweight and durable resin mass designed for fixing in the substrate of wooden and metal columns and profiles of different cross-sections and shapes without any additional tools. This product is designed to eliminate concrete from the process of mounting posts. It is characterised by increased watertightness, flexibility and resistance to temperatures. Eligible costs in the project are tangible fixed assets constituting a comprehensive refurbishment of the line and production hall described in more detail in the scope of the project and Annex 1.5A Planned PRT expenditure. The project is an initial investment in accordance with Article 2(49) of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014. The result of the purchase of devices, specially developed and adapted according to the Applicant’s preferences, will be a fully configured production line for the implementation of an innovative product. As part of the project, a special packaging system based on stacking will be created. The product will be intended for sale on the domestic and international markets. The recipients will be institutionalised customers. The project will be implemented by the classical method. The project coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the project, benefiting from the support of an external advisory company selected in the course of the offer request, responsible for the correctness of the procedure used and the settlement of the project. The entity has sufficient technical and personal resources as further described in this proposal. The project will be located in an adapted property leased by the Applicant. Projekt polega na doposażeniu linii produkcyjnej celem wprowadzenia na rynek żywicznej masy montażowej będącej alternatywą dla mieszanek betonowych w workach, stanowiącej innowacyjne rozwiązanie w skali międzynarodowej. Nowy produkt wprowadzony pod marką Quikset Industries to szybka, lekka i wytrzymała masa żywiczna przeznaczona do mocowania w podłożu drewnianych i metalowych słupów oraz kształtowników o różnych przekrojach i kształtach niewymagającą użycia żadnych dodatkowych narzędzi. Produkt ten ma za zadanie wyeliminowanie betonu z procesu montażu słupków. Cechuje się zwiększoną wodoszczelnością, elastycznością i odpornością na temperatury. Koszty kwalifikowalne w projekcie stanowią rzeczowe aktywa trwałe stanowiące kompleksowe doposażenie linii i hali produkcyjnej szerzej opisane w punkcie Zakres rzeczowy przedsięwzięcia oraz załączniku 1.5A Planowane wydatki PRT. Projekt stanowi inwestycję początkową zgodnie z art. 2 pkt 49 Rozporządzenia Komisji (UE) nr 651/2014. Rezultatem zakupu urządzeń, specjalnie opracowanych i dostosowanych wg. preferencji Wnioskodawcy, będzie w pełni skonfigurowana linia produkcyjna umożliwiającą implementację innowacyjnego produktu. W ramach realizacji projektu zostanie stworzony specjalny system pakowania oparty na sztaplowaniu. Produkt zostanie przeznaczony do sprzedaży na rynku krajowym i międzynarodowym. Odbiorcami będą klienci zinstytucjonalizowani. Projekt będzie realizowany metodą klasyczną. Za realizację projektu oraz monitoring odpowiedzialny będzie koordynator projektu, korzystający ze wsparcia zewnętrznej firmy doradczej wybranej w toku zapytania ofertowego, odpowiedzialnej za prawidłowość zastosowanej procedury i rozliczanie projektu. Podmiot posiada wystarczające zasoby techniczno-osobowe scharakteryzowane w dalszej części niniejszego wniosku. Projekt będzie zlokalizowany w przystosowanej nieruchomości wynajmowanej przez Wnioskodawcę. Bezpośrednim rezultatem projektu będzie również wzrost zatrudnien (Polish)
