Property / summary
The aim and main aim of the project is to enable the non-invasive diagnosis of respiratory conditions in infants and young children and on persons whose diagnostics cannot be made for different reasons. The segments included in the diagnostic equipment should be able to analyse the following parameters: — Respiratory, — FRC (functional breathing volume) and non-ventilation ventilation, — LCI (lung clearenadex) and SnIII analysis — measurement of the FRC by application of the nitrogen leaching method, — optional measurement of FeNO, hood, oxymetrie and measurement of respiratory resistance by occlusion and material scope of the project covers the purchase, supply, installation of equipment and training of personnel. The project is aimed at medical staff, medical practitioners, electroradiology technicians, who will study the main target group, infants, young children and persons other than those for whom it is impossible to diagnose for various reasons. The result of the project is the early detection of respiratory functional disorders in patients (where detection is not possible with other non-invasive methods) and the monitoring of the disease process and possible modification of the treatment of, inter alia, rare diseases including, in particular, cystic fibrosis. The effect is to improve the quality of diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of chronic respiratory diseases. The use of this method is to be found in the assessment of respiratory activities of early born births. These objectives can only be achieved through the purchase of the equipment which is the subject of the project. Purchase is planned for the first quarter of 2016. As a result of the investment, the Company’s competitive position, the attractiveness of the offer and its attachment to the world’s leading diagnostic centres will increase. (English)

Wchodzące w skład sprzętu diagnostycznego segmenty powinny mieć możliwość analizy następujących parametrów: - objętości oddechowej, - FRC (czynnościowej objętości oddechowej) i niehomogenności wentylacji, - LCI (lung clearenace index) i analizy SnIII, - pomiar FRC przy zastosowaniu metody wypłukiwania azotu, - opcjonalnie pomiar FeNO, kapnografię, oxymetrie i pomiar oporu dróg oddechowych metodą okluzji. (Polish)
