Currently, in the Applicant’s plant there is an extended production process with the use of a subcontractor in the production of disc brushes. The semi-products of disc brushes after production in the plant are sent to a subcontractor, where in the manual process they are assembled and sent back to the Applicant’s warehouse. This process generates costly logistics, long operation times and negative environmental impacts, including unnecessary transport, and affects quality control, which is defective through the subcontractor stage. The investment will consist of the implementation of a new technology that changes this process and a new product. The new technology involves melting a mixture of plastics in an extruder, which fills the injection moulding mechanism with a predetermined amount of raw material. In subsequent steps, the mixture is injected into the injection mould and then cooled to a temperature allowing the primer to be automatically released from the mold. The manufactured part goes to an automatic hub (not m of such devices in Poland) which fills holes with pre-programmed material such as wire rolled in various dimensions After the finishing process, the brush is ready to be used on the sweeper. The process will be reduced from eight to four stages and the subcontractor who was costly will be eliminated, hindered quality control and by transport caused significant negative environmental impacts (combustion of a truck transporting semi-finished products over a distance of 30 km). In addition to the new technology, a new product will be implemented based on a unique press with already cast holes, in exchange for drilled holes. This will increase the durability and time of using the brush. (English)

Spowoduje to wzrost trwałości i czasu używania szczotki.
