Realizacja projektu pozwoli wdrożyć nowoczesną technologię skrawania wibracyjnego typu LFV (Low Frequency Vibration). Wnioskodawca będzie pierwszym polskim przedsiębiorcą w branży produkcji kół zębatych, który wprowadzi tą metodę obróbki. Wnioskodawca zakłada wprowadzenie technologi precyzyjnej obróbki detali o średnicy maksymalnie 25mm z szczególnym naciskiem na zastosowanie jej w produkcji małych kół zębatych pod pokrycia grafenowe. Realizacja inwestycji wynika z wcześniej przeprowadzonych prac badawczych oraz jej zakres został zgłoszony do ochrony patentowej. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany na terenie zakładu Wnioskodawcy.
