| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people up to the age of 29 in Wałbrzych and the town of Wałbrzych.The main result of the project will be the start of work (within the meaning of the methodology set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects with the contribution of the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market 2014-2020) by 113 persons registered in the PLO, i.e.2 persons (1K1M) with disabilities, 28 (17K11M) long-term unemployed, 60 persons (35K25M) with low qualifications and 23 persons (17K6M) (not eligible for any of the above).The project will support 516 people up to the age of 29 selected for the aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or aid profile II (so-called ‘vulnerable’) in the category of NEETs.Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT WAŁBRZYSKI/ POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W WAŁBRZYCHU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wałbrzyskim i mieście Wałbrzychu. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy (w rozumieniu metodologii określonej w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020) przez 113 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP, tj. 2 osoby (1K1M) niepełnosprawne, 28 osób (17Ki11M) długotrwale bezrobotnych, 60 osób (35Ki25M) o niskich kwalifikacjach i 23 osób (17Ki6M) pozostałych (nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z ww. grup). W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 516 osób do 29 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należacych do kategorii NEET. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
