The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to 29 years of age who are unemployed in the militia district. The main result will be to take up work (in the sense of the methodology set out in the Guidelines for implementing ESF measures in the labour market (...)" by: 9 long-term unemployed, 1 person with disabilities, 48 low-skilled and 7 people not eligible for any of the above-mentioned groups. The project will support 150 young people, up to 29 years of age, eligible for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or assistance profile II (so-called requiring support) belonging to NEET category. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUP in Milicz will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT MILICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W MILICZU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie milickim. Głównym rezultatem będzie podjęcie pracy (w rozumieniu metodologii określonej w "Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS na obszarze rynku pracy (...)" przez: 9 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 1 osobę z niepełnosprawnościami, 48 osób niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 7 osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z wyżej wymienonych grup. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 150 osób młodych, do 29 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należących do kategorii NEET. W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Miliczu realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
