The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to the age of 29 who are unemployed in the Milicz County.The main result of the project will be to take up a job (as defined in the “Guidelines for implementing ESF measures in the labour market area (...)” by 6 unemployed people, 1 disabled persons, 27 low-skilled people and 3 people not eligible for any of these groups. The project will support 114 young people, up to 29 years of age, qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or assistance profile II (so-called requiring support) belonging to NEET category. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant.On this basis, PUP in Milicz will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT MILICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W MILICZU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostajacyh bez pracy w powiecie milickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy (w rozumieniu metologii określonej w "Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem srodków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy (...)" przez 6 osób dł. bezrobotnych, 1 osobę niepełnosprawną, 27 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 3 os. nie kwalifikujące się do żadnej z ww grupy. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 114 osób młodych, do 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należących do kategorii NEET. W ramach projektu, dla każdego uczestnika przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Miliczu realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
