POWIAT BOLESŁAWIECKI/ POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W BOLESŁAWCU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 179 osób w wieku 18-29 lat (104 kobiet, 75 mężczyzn) zarejestrowanych w PUP w Bolesławcu jako osoby bezrobotne (należących do I lub II profilu pomocy), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). Wsparcie udzielone uczestnikom projektu przyczyni się do poprawy ich sytuacji na rynku pracy poprzez: - podwyższenie lub nabycie nowych kwalifikacji zawodowych dzięki udziałowi w szkoleniach i przygotowaniu zawodowym dorosłych, - zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego lub wejście/powrót na rynek pracy dzięki udziałowi w stażach oraz przyznaniu bonów na zasiedlenie i jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, - sprecyzowanie celów zawodowych dzięki objęciu uczestników projektu poradnictwem zawodowym lub pośrednictwem pracy. Dobór konkretnych form wsparcia nastawiony będzie na specyficzne potrzeby i oczekiwania uczestników i poprzedzony zostanie analizą ich umiejętności, predyspozycji oraz problemów zawodowych. W projekcie realizowana będzie zasada równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn oraz zapewniona zostanie dostępność dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. (Polish)
