The aim of the project is to establish cooperation networks in the area of access to lifelong learning of a formal, informal and non-formal nature of all age groups by exchanging information and experience and transferring the Volkshochschule from Frankfurt/Oder (VHS) to the functioning model and adapting it and implementing it on the Polish market in the period 1.04.2017 to 31.07.2018. The goal will be achieved by fulfilling 3 tasks: To establish transnational cooperation and to familiarise yourself with the VHS model (People University in Germany) by exchanging information and experience.Developing the VHS model and adapting it to Polish realities with the support of a supranational partnerImplementing the VHS model in Polish realities The most important long-term results of the project will be: 1 institution, which implemented new solutions through cooperation with a foreign partner, 1 institution, which improved and improved the quality of functioning. The most important products in the project: 2 thematic seminars, 3 workshops on the VHS model, 1 study visit, 6 working groups, 1 model manual-instructions on the implementation of the VHS model in Poland, 60 people who got acquainted with the VHS model and its possibility of implementation in Poland. Projekt ma na celu nawiązanie sieci współpracy w obszarze dostępu do uczenia się przez całe życie o charakterze formalnym, nieformalnym i pozaformalnym wszystkich grup wiekowych poprzez wymianę informacji i doświadczeń oraz transfer modelu funkcjonowania Volkshochschule z Frankfurtu nad Odrą (VHS), oraz zaadaptowanie go i wdrożenie na rynku polskim w okresie 1.04.2017 do 31.07.2018. Cel zostane osiągnięty przez realizację 3 zadań:Nawiązanie współpracy ponadnarodowej i zapoznanie się z modelem VHS (Uniwersytetu Ludowego w Niemczech) poprzez wymianę informacji i doświadczeńOpracowanie modelu VHS i dostosowanie go do polskich realiów przy wsparciu partnera ponadnarodowegoWdrożenie modelu VHS w polskich realiach Najwazniejszymi rezultatami długofalowymi projektu będą: 1 instytucja, która wdrożyła nowe rozwiązania dzięki współpracy z partnerem zagranicznym, 1 instytucja, która usprawniła i poprawiła jakość funkcjonowania.
