The main objective of the project is to increase the number of solutions to support labour market institutions in building the competitive advantage of women’s start-ups through cooperation with a supranational partner to II 2018. Responds to topic 1 defined for action 4.3 PO WER. To this end, the Applicant and Partners will transfer and develop training and mentoring programmes for start-ups and new entrepreneurs operating in Hungary. On the basis of these programmes, there will be a comprehensive pathway to support women without employment who intend to start economic activity. In Poland, mentoring, as an effective method in supporting entrepreneurial women, is used to a small extent by labour market institutions providing start-up support including women’s start-ups. The PARP report “Women Entrepreneurship in Poland” as the main recommendation indicates: ‘individual actions taking into account the far-reaching specificities of the recipient concerned are necessary: professional assistance for a given entrepreneur, coaching, mentoring. It is also proposed to set up support networks for women entrepreneurs in the form of clubs/groups." Under the 2014-2020 financial perspective, support for the creation of new enterprises in the form of grants and preferential loans will be granted to people from the preferred groups. As one of the disadvantaged groups on the labour market and supported above, there are women who are unemployed. Support for the creation of new businesses will also be granted to enterprises operating in the form of a social cooperative. It is therefore advisable and necessary to develop methods and mechanisms to support women starting their own businesses or cooperatives as effectively as possible. According to Hungarian experience, this method can be mentoring for entrepreneurial women with the creation of support networks in the form of business cooperation clubs (English) | |||||||||||||||
