The main objective of the project is to improve the situation on the labour market of employers and employees of companies and institutions by broadening their knowledge about people with disabilities and improving social skills, which in the longer term will increase the motivation to employ people with disabilities – further ON (4 topic of the competition). Type of transnational cooperation: joint development of new solutions, exchange of information and experience. The problem of low professional participation of people with disabilities affects all the countries of the European Union. One of the main reasons for this is the low motivation of employers to hire representatives of this group. Employers rarely hire people with disabilities, prefer to pay a penalty. Our project aims to convince employers to employ people with different kinds of disabilities. Thanks to LLL’s activities, we want to increase the knowledge and skills of employers, potential collaborators and carers in the workplace and thus help to increase the motivation in hiring people with disabilities.The result of the work will be a model solution Go4Diversity composed of a guide for employers, a guide for Polish employees, good practices with active people with disabilities, a series of one-day practical trainings for potential employers and collaborators, training for people with disabilities. The development and implementation of the Go4Diversity tool will be carried out in accordance with the six stages indicated in the Competition Rules: development of the initial version, testing, evaluation of test results, development of the final version of the model, implementation into the practice and development of recommendations for potential users.     Głównym celem projektu jest polepszenie sytuacji na rynku pracy pracodawców oraz pracowników firm i instytucji poprzez poszerzenie ich wiedzy nt. osób z niepełnosprawnością oraz podniesienie umiejętności społecznych, co w dalszej perspektywie zwiększy motywację do zatrudnienia osób z niepełnosprawnością - dalej ON (4 temat konkursu). Rodzaj współpracy ponadnarodowej: wspólne wypracowywanie nowych rozwiązań, wymiana informacji i doświadczeń. Problem niskiej aktywności zawodowej osób z niepełnosprawnością dotyczy wszystkich krajów Unii Europejskiej. Jednym z głównych powodów takiego stanu rzeczy jest niska motywacja pracodawców do zatrudniania przedstawicieli tej grupy. Pracodawcy rzadko zatrudniają osoby z niepełnosprawnością, wolą zapłacić karę. Nasz projekt ma przekonać pracodawców do zatrudniania osób z różnego rodzaju niepełnosprawnościami. Dzięki aktywnościom LLL chcemy zwiększyć wiedzę i umiejętności pracodawców, potencjalnych współpracowników i opiekunów w miejscu pracy i tym samym przyczynić się do zwiększenia motywacji w zatrudnianiu osób z niepełnosprawnością.Efektem prac będzie modelowe rozwiązanie Go4Diversity złożone z Przewodnika - poradnika dla pracodawców, Przewodnika dla współpracowników osób z niepełnosprawnością, Dobrych praktyk o aktywnych zawodowo osobach z niepełnosprawnością, Cyklu jednodniowych szkoleń praktycznych dla potencjalnych pracodawców i współpracowników, szkoleń dla osób wspierających w miejscu pracy, a także filmu stanowiącego koncepcję kampanii na rzecz zatrudniania osób z niepełnosprawnością.Projekt realizowany w partnerstwie polsko - belgijsko - szwedzkim. Wypracowanie i wdrożenie narzędzia Go4Diversity będzie przebiegało zgodnie ze wskazanymi w Regulaminie konkursu sześcioma etapami: wypracowanie wstępnej wersji, testowanie, ocena wyników testowania, wypracowanie ostatecznej wersji modelu, wdrożenie do praktyki oraz wypracowanie rekomendacji dla potencjalnych użytkowników.
