The main objective of the project will be to improve the quality of administrative services in 37JST (including 5 middle cities) from the Opole Voivodship in the scope of standards of investor service through a comprehensive training and advisory programme on implementation of solutions that increase investment attractiveness in JST, including preparation, dissemination, updating of information on investment offer of JST. The applicant assumes that at least 61 % of medium cities from the Opole voivodship will participate in the project.The project target group will consist of substantive employees and representatives of JST management located in the Opole Voivodship.The main tasks of the project:Training for JST in the scope of investor service standards in local governmentIndividual advice for JST on implementation of investor service standards in local government Implementation of investor service standards in JST will be confirmed by a certificate. Number of local government units that have implemented or modernised investor service procedures: 19Product indicators: Number of local government units covered by the investor support: 37Product Indicator: Number of advisory meetings on implementation of the investor service standard in local government: 74 (English)

    Głównym celem realizacji projektu będziedoskonalenie jakości usług administracyjnychw 37JST (w tym 5 miastach średnich)z terenu województwa opolskiegow zakresie standardów obsługiinwestora poprzez kompleksowy program szkoleniowo - doradczy dotyczący wdrażaniarozwiązań podnoszących atrakcyjność inwestycyjną w JST, w tym przygotowanie, upowszechnienie, aktualizację informacji o ofercie inwestycyjnej JST.Zastosowanie w praktyce przez 37 JST standardów w zakresie obsługi inwestora oraz wdrożenie lub zmodernizowanie procedury obsługi inwestora w JST, przez co najmniej 50% JST oraz co najmniej 50% miast średnich województwa opolskiego objętych wsparciem w projekcie.
