Celem projektu jest podniesienie efektywności zarządzania usługami dziedzinowymi w obszarze podatków i opłat lokalnych oraz zarządzania nieruchomościami w 6 gminach miejskich i miejsko-wiejskich: Stargard, Gryfino, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Głogów, Nowy Targ, Zgorzelec, poprzez wdrożenie w okresie od 01.10.2018 r. do 31.03.2020 r. rozwiązań zarządczych i informatycznych usprawniających świadczenie ww. usług oraz podniesienie kompetencji 174 pracowników. W projekcie zostaną zrealizowane następujące zadania:Zadanie 1. Wdrażanie rozwiązań w zakresie elektronizacji procesu obsługi podatkowej, automatyzacji rozliczeń i poprawy dostępności do informacji o sposobie załatwienia i przebiegu sprawy w Miastach: Stargard, Gryfino, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Głogów, Nowy Targ, Zgorzelec.Zadanie 2: Doskonalenie kompetencji kadr Miast: Stargard, Gryfino, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Głogów, Nowy Targ i Zgorzelec.Zadanie 3. Wdrażanie rozwiązań poprawiających dostęp do usług administracyjnych oraz informacji o lokalach użytkowych i nieruchomościach gruntowych przeznaczonych pod inwestycje w Miastach: Stargard, Gryfino, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Głogów, Nowy Targ i Zgorzelec.Zadanie 4.
