The main aim of the FIZ_up! project is to prepare, in the period from 01.11.2016 to 31.12.2018,180 students (80K, 100M) who study at the last two semesters of the first or second degree of full-time studies, in the academic years 2016/2017 and 2017/2018, at the Faculty of Physics of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (WF, UAM), to enter the labour market through the development of competences and equipment with qualifications expected by employers. Main RESULTS:180 persons who have increased their competence in the framework of the activities of universities supported by the ESF180 people who have increased their competences: communication in the field of interpersonal skills and cooperation in the entrepreneurship team within the framework of ESF-supported university activities: self-organisation, planning and creative job-solving skills expected by employers to handle ICT industry tools in the framework of actions40 % of ESF-supported university graduates who have continued education or have taken up employment within 6 months of completion of education50 % of the substantive activities carried out in the project, which will be carried out over a minimum period of 2 years (24 months) after completion of the project, without European funding. Target group (GD) of the project consists of 180 students (80K,100M) of the last two semesters of the first and second degree of full-time studies, in academic years 2016/2017 and 2017/2018, at the Faculty of Physics of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in the fields of acoustics/AKUPhysics Medical/FIZDirection of Sound/REŻOcular Optics, Optometry/OPTBiophysics/biotechnology/Internet Technologies. CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu FIZ_up! jest przygotowanie, w okresie od 01.11.2016 do 31.12.2018,180 studentów (80K, 100M) studiujących na dwóch ostatnich semestrach I lub II stopnia studiów stacjonarnych, w latach akademickich 2016/2017 i 2017/2018, na Wydziale Fizyki Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu (WF, UAM), do wejścia na rynek pracy poprzez rozwój kompetencji i wyposażenie w kwalifikacje oczekiwane przez pracodawców. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY:180 os., które podniosły kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS180 os., które podniosły kompetencje: komunikacyjne w zakresie umiejętności interpersonalnych i współpracy w zespolew zakresie przedsiębiorczości w ramach działań uczelni wspartych EFSanalityczne: samoorganizacji, umiejętności planowania i twórczego rozwiązywania problemów zawodowe oczekiwane przez pracodawcówinformatyczne w zakresie obsługi branżowych narzędzi ICT w ramach działań40% objętych wsparciem EFS absolwentów uczelni, którzy kontynuowali kształcenie lub podjęli zatrudnienie w ciągu 6 m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia50% działań merytorycznych przeprowadzonych w projekcie, które będą realizowane w okresie minimum 2 lat (24 m-cy) po zakończeniu projektu, bez udziału środków europejskich. ZADANIA W PROJEKCIE:CERTYFIKOWANE SZKOLENIA I ZAJĘCIA WARSZTATOWEZADANIA PRAKTYCZNE W FORMIE PROJEKTOWEJWIZYTY STUDYJNE U PRACODAWCÓW.
