The project will cover 116 students (including 84 women) of PSW students in Economics (1st and 2nd grades) and Accounting and Finance (1st grade).These are people with skills deficits which make it difficult or even impossible for them to take up employment in the profession.The project is designed to improve their professional, communication, entrepreneurial, IT and analytical skills, in accordance with the requirements of the modern labour market.Each of the students covered by the project will be able to choose the classes in which they wish to take part.The project will carry out workshops and certified training (on competence:professional, IT, communication, entrepreneurial and analytical ones), activities organised with the economic environment (for competencies:and cooperation with foreign institutions (concerning competences:professional communications) (KD11).The individual selection of activities for individual participants allows for a comprehensive and multidimensional strengthening of their labour market potential.The project participants will be included in the survey of the level of competence at the beginning of their participation in the project and at the end of the project.At the end of their participation, participants will be subject to graduate tracking for a period of 12 months, during which the performance rate will be audited for 40 % of university graduates who have continued their education or employment (KD12) within 6 months of leaving.     Projekt obejmie swym zasięgiem 116 (w tym 84 kobiety) studentów studiów stacjonarnych PSW na kierunkach Ekonomia (I i II stopień) oraz Rachunkowość i Finanse (I stopień). Są to osoby mające deficyty kompetencyjne utrudniające lub nawet uniemożliwiające im podjęcie zatrudnienia w zawodzie. Projekt ma za zadanie podnieść ich kompetencje zawodowe, komunikacyjne, przedsiębiorcze, informatyczne i analityczne zgodnie z wymaganiami stawianymi przez współczesny rynek pracy. Każdy ze studentów objętych projektem będzie mógł indywidualnie wybrać w jakich zajęciach chce uczestniczyć. W ramach projektu realizowane będą warsztaty i certyfikowane szkolenia (dot. kompetencji: zawodowych, informatycznych, komunikacyjnych, przedsiębiorczych i analitycznych), zajęcia organizowane wraz z otoczeniem gospodarczym (dot. kompetencji: zawodowych) oraz współpraca z instytucjami zagranicznymi (dot. kompetencji: zawodowych, komunikacyjnych) (KD11). Indywidualny dobór zajęć dla poszczególnych uczestników umożliwia kompleksowe i wielowymiarowe wzmocnienie ich potencjału na rynku pracy. Uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci badaniem poziomu kompetencji na początku udziału w projekcie oraz na jego zakończenie. Po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie uczestnicy będą objęci monitoringiem losów absolwentów przez 12 miesięcy, w trakcie którego będzie kontrolowany poziom wykonania wskaźnika dotyczącego 40% absolwentów uczelni, którzy w ciągu 6 miesięcy po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie kontynuowali kształcenie lub podjęli zatrudnienie (KD12).
