Celem głównym projektu „Program Rozwoju Kompetencji w Politechnice Łódzkiej w obszarze ICT” jest podniesienie do roku 2019 kompetencji studentów Politechniki Łódzkiej. Grupą docelową jest 246 studentów (3 edycje x 82 beneficjentów) dwóch ostatnich semestrów studiów I i II stopnia na kierunkach: informatyka, elektronika i telekomunikacja, mechatronika, fizyka techniczna z Wydziału Elektrotechniki, Elektroniki, Informatyki i Automatyki oraz Wydziału Fizyki Technicznej, Informatyki i Matematyki Stosowanej. W ramach projektu przewidziano realizację warsztatów zespołowych w firmach branży ICT, wizyt studyjnych w firmach branży mechatronicznej i ICT, projektów zespołowych organizowanych z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym, certyfikowanych szkoleń zawodowych, praktycznych warsztatów Design Thinking oraz certyfikowanych szkoleń językowych. Powyższe działania zostaną poprzedzone i zakończone wielowymiarową oceną kompetencji jego uczestników. Rezultatem projektu będzie podniesie kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, w tym umiejętności pracy w grupie, interpersonalnych, językowych, w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, informatycznych i analitycznych. Realizacja projektu ułatwi absolwentom wejście na rynek pracy oraz wykorzystywanie nabytych kwalifikacji niezależnie od ukończonego kierunku studiów. Realizacja projektu przewidziana jest na okres od marca 2016 do końca lutego 2019. (Polish)

The main objective of the project “Programme for the Development of Competence at the Technical University of Lodz in the area of ICT” is to raise the competences of students of Lodz University of Technology by 2019. The target group is 246 students (3 editions x 82 beneficiaries) of the last two semesters of first and second degree studies in the following fields: computer science, electronics and telecommunications, mechatronics, technical physics from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science and Automation and the Faculty of Technical Physics, Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. The project includes the implementation of team workshops in ICT companies, study visits to mechatronic and ICT companies, team projects organised with socio-economic environment, certified vocational training, practical Design Thinking workshops and certified language trainings. These actions will be preceded and completed by a multidimensional assessment of the competences of its participants. The result of the project will increase professional, communication skills, including grouping skills, interpersonal, language, entrepreneurship, IT and analytical skills. The implementation of the project will make it easier for graduates to enter the labour market and to use acquired qualifications regardless of their completed studies. Implementation of the project is planned for the period from March 2016 to the end of February 2019. (English)
