The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Świnoujście. One of the results of the project will be the employment of project participants. As part of the project, each participant will receive a specific offer of professional activation, which will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned through the preparation or updating of the IPD. On the basis of the above, customer advisers will propose appropriately selected services and labour market instruments to a potential project participant. The project will be implemented in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of projects with the contribution of the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market for the period 2014-2020. Support for young people offered in the project will be provided in accordance with the standards set out in the Youth Guarantee in Poland. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principle of sustainable development. The main action in line with this principle will be to print documents on a bilateral basis. The staff of the Office will make efficient use of equipment and respect the principles of energy savings. Another action under the above principles will be to increase the amount of correspondence in the electronic version in order to reduce paper consumption. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie Miasto Świnoujście. Jednym z rezultatów projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu. W ramach projektu, każdy z uczestników otrzyma konkretną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej, którą poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika poprzez sporządzenie bądź aktualizację IPD. Na podstawie powyższego doradcy klienta zaproponują potencjalnemu uczestnikowi projektu odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy. Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020. Wsparcie dla osób młodych oferowane w projekcie będzie udzielane zgodnie ze standardami określonymi w Gwarancji dla Młodzieży w Polsce. Realizacja projektu będzie przebiegała zgodnie z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju. Głównym działaniem zgodnym z powyższą zasadą będzie drukowanie dokumentów dwustronnie. Pracownicy urzędu będą efektywnie wykorzystywać sprzęt oraz będą przestrzegać zasady oszczędności energii. Kolejnym działaniem w myśl powyższych zasad będzie zwiększenie ilości korespondencji w wersji elektronicznej tak aby ograniczać zużycie papieru. (Polish)
