The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the post office district. The main result of the project will be at least 17 % of disabled participants, at least 35 % of long-term unemployed participants, at least 48 % of low-skilled participants and at least 43 % for non-eligible participants, long-term unemployed and low-skilled participants, and gaining qualifications after leaving the programme by at least 30 % of participants in the project. The project will support 300 people (174K,126 M) under the age of 30 defined as aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or assistance profile II (so-called unemployed requiring support) who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs), as defined by NEET category NEETs adopted in POWER 2014-2020. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of their skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments. This will be obligatory: individualising the needs of young people who are unemployed and diagnosing opportunities for professional improvement, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market, job intermediation or career guidance, and cost-based form as required. PUP within the project provides a wide range of activation services both on the scale of the whole project and individual participant. The proposed cost forms for the project are: intervention work, settlement vouchers, employment vouchers, individual and group training, internships, one-off funds for opening up a business.
