The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Rawic County. The project will support 195 young people under 29 years of age from NEETs registered with the PUP in Rawicz (members of the I or II aid profile) who are unemployed and who meet the criteria contained in the POWER SzOOP and competition documentation. In order to prevent diagnosed barriers and meet needs and expectations, it is necessary to cover all participants with individual and comprehensive assistance indicated in the types of operations under Axis I. All actions targeted at young people will result from prepared Individual Action Plans tailored to the agreed aid profiles.In addition to vocational guidance and job intermediation, financial support of beneficiaries is necessary as part of the aid to return to the labour market of people under 30 years of age. POWIAT RAWICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W RAWICZU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie rawickim. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objętych zostanie 195 osób młodych do 29 roku życia z kategorii NEET zarejestrowanych w PUP w Rawiczu (należących do I lub II profilu pomocy) pozostających bez pracy oraz spełniających kryteria zawarte w SzOOP POWER i dokumentacji konkursowej. W celu zapobiegania zdiagnozowanym barierom oraz zaspokojeniu potrzeb i oczekiwań niezbędne jest objęcie wszystkich uczestników indywidualną i kompleksową pomocą wskazaną w typach operacji w ramach osi I. Wszystkie działania skierowane do osób młodych wynikać będą z przygotowanych Indywidualnych planów działania dostosowanych do ustalonych profili pomocy.Poza usługami poradnictwa zawodowego oraz pośrednictwa pracy niezbędne jest finansowe wsparcie beneficjentów, stanowiące element pomocy umożliwiający powrót na rynek pracy osób poniżej 30 roku życia. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 84 osoby zarejestrowane w PUP w Rawiczu, w tym minimum 42 kobiety. (Polish)
