The aim of the project is to raise the competences of 634 students from the University of Casimir the Great, who meet the needs of the economy, work and society, and support organizational changes and improve the competences of teaching staff: 56osThe programme will cover restructuring activities in the area of university management, adaptation of laboratory premises, modification of existing training programmes and implementation of changes to hearts. Computer science and Mechatronics as well as trainings, internships in Poland and abroad, study visits, additional activities with employers for students, training for UW staff. The objective will be achieved during the period: IV.2019-III.2023. University participating in higher education at the level of 634 full-time studies, 56 works. teaching staff, Directions supported by: Rehabilitation pedagogy, Social Work, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Hearts. WH, CIS, WKFZiTi.Tasks:-Moduł progr. training (development and implementation of changes in education thresholds on hearts. Infor. and Mech., adaptation of laboratory premises)-Module lifting comp. (including, training, additional classes with employers for students, study visits) -Module of internship programmes-Management module in higher education institutions. (including type 1 training, traineeships, type 2- support IT tools for university management and creation of open resources education.,)Results:- min 20 % of university graduates, i.e. min. 127 people, which have been supported will continue education or take up employment within 6 m. from the end of education.-630 stud. will obtain new professional qualifications and develop comp. e.g. IT, analytic, communicative-54 people from staff.     Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji 634 studentów z Uniwersytetu Kazimierza Wielkiego, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, r. pracy i społeczeństwa oraz wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podniesienie kompetencji kadr dydaktycznych: 56osProgram obejmie działania restrukturyzacyjne w obszarze zarządzania uczelnią, adaptacjępomieszczeń laboratorium, modyfikację istniejących programów kształcenia i wdrożenie zmian na kier. Informatyka i Mechatronika oraz szkolenia, staże kraj i zagr., wizyty studyjne, dodatkowe zajęcia z pracodawcami dla studentów, szkolenia dla kadry UKW. Cel zostanie zrealizowany w okresie: IV.2019-III.2023.Grupa doc:-UKW: uczelnia uczestnicząca w kształceniu na poziomie wyższym-634 stud. studiów stacjonarnych, 56 prac. kadry dydaktycznej,Kierunki objęte wsparciem: Pedagogika resocjalizacyjna, Praca socjalna, Informatyka, Mechatronika, kier. WH, WNP, WKFZiTi.Zadania:-Moduł progr. kształcenia (opracowanie i wdrożenie zmian w progr. kształcenia na kier. Infor. i Mech., adaptacja pomieszczeń laboratorium)-Moduł podnoszenia komp. (w tym, szkolenia, dodatkowe zajęcia z pracodawcami dla studentów , wizyty studyjne) -Moduł programów stażowych-Moduł zarządzania w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyż. (w tym typ 1 szkolenia, staże zagr., typ 2- wsparcie informatycznych narzędzi zarządzania uczelniami i tworzenie otwartych zasobów eduk.,)Rezultaty:- min 20% absolwentów uczelni, tj. min. 127 os., które zostały objęte wsparciem będzie kontynuowało kształcenie lub podejmie zatrudnienie w ciągu 6m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia.-630 stud. uzyska nowe kwalifikacje zawodowe i rozwinie komp. m.in. informatyczne, analityczne, komunikacyjne-54 os. z kadry dyd. rozwinie komp. dydaktyczne, w tym IT i specjalistyczne językowe- Uczelnia wdroży zmiany w zakresie zarządzania procesem kształcenia wspierając proces dydaktyczny poprzez wykorzystanie rozwiązań IT, SAP .
