The main objective of the project is the comprehensive development of the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź by modernising the curriculum, improving the effectiveness of the organisation and management of the University and increasing the wide range of competences of 771 people (596K, 175M) including 65 teaching staff (23K, 42M), 45 administrative staff (36K, 9M), and 661 students (537K, 124M) by 31.08.2023. Modification of the program classes of the Department of Fabrics and Clothing2. Courses improving the competence of students2. Apprenticeships for students3. Improving the competence of ASP staff Main results: 1 universities implemented changes in the management of the education process; 51 university staff (18K, 33M) will increase their teaching skills with ESF support; 40 university staff (32K, 8M) will increase their management skills with ESF support; 20 % of university graduates from among the supported universities will continue their education or take up employment within 6 months of the completion of their education; 310 people (251K, 59M) will raise competences within the framework of the activities of universities supported by the ESF. Celem głównym projektu jest kompleksowy rozwój Akademii Sztuk Pięknych im. Władysława Strzemińskiego w Łodzi poprzez unowocześnienie programu nauczania, podniesienie efektywności organizacji i zarządzania Uczelnią oraz podniesienie szerokiego spektrum kompetencji 771osób (596K, 175M) w tym 65 pracowników dydaktycznych (23K,42M), 45 pracowników administracji (36K, 9M), oraz 661 studentów (537K, 124M) do dnia 31.08.2023 r.Aby osiągnąć ten cel zaplanowano nastepujace zadania:1. Modyfikacja programu zajeć Wydziału Tkaniny i Ubioru2. Kursy podnoszące kompetencje studentów2. Staże zawodowe dla studentów3. Podnoszenie kompetencji pracowników ASP Główne rezultaty: 1 uczelnia wdrożył zmiany w zakresie zarządzania procesem kształcenia; 51 pracowników uczelni (18K, 33M) dzięki wsparciu z EFS podniesie swoje kompetencje dydaktyczne; 40 pracowników uczelni (32K, 8M) dzięki wsparciu z EFS podniosą swoje kompetencje zarządcze; 20% absolwentów uczelni spośród objętych wsparciem będzie kontynuować kształcenie lub podejmie zatrudnienie w ciągu 6 miesięcy od zakonczenia kształcenia; 310 osób (251K, 59M) podniesie kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS.
