The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of the teaching staff of the University of Economics in Krakow in 90 UP in the field of application in the process of education of students innovative teaching methods, IT skills and practice of teaching in foreign language until the end of 06.2019 through training, workshops, hospitations and practical use of the above competences in the teaching process. Specialisation training involves achieving a high level of competence in the selected area of academic teaching. The target group will consist of 90 academic and didactic staff of the UEK The project will result in increased competence of university staff through the implementation of a project supported by the ESF. Products: Number of training participants 90 Number of UP subject to hospitations 90 Number of UPs who learn acquired skills in practice 90 Main tasks: 1. Introductory training to innovative teaching skills 2. Specialised training in innovative learning methodologies 3. Specialised training raising competence in teaching in a foreign language 4. Specialist training in the development of IT skills for innovative teaching Each specialist will end with a cycle of hospitations and individual consultations (mentorials) In addition, the project assumes the application of skills acquired by UP in practice, through the development of syllabuses and starting the implementation of classes with students using competences acquired during the implementation of the project. These classes will have at least one semester (KD 7). The implemented changes in the educational process of the university will be constituted by the Board of Directors. Rector of guidelines on the implementation of innovative learning methods. The minimum required level of UP presence in all forms of support is 80 %. (English)

    Podstawowym celem projektu jest wzrost kompetencji kadry dydaktycznej Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie u 90 UP w zakresie stosowania w procesie kształcenia studentów innowacyjnych metod dydaktycznych, umiejętności informatycznych oraz prow. dydaktyki w jęz. obcym, do końca 06.2019r. poprzez szkolenia, warsztaty, hospitacje i praktyczne wykorzystanie ww. kompetencji w procesie dydaktycznym. Szkolenia specjalizacyjne zakładają osiągnięcie wysokiego poziomu kompetencji w wybranym obszarze dydaktyki akademickiej. Grupę docelową stanowić będzie 90 pracowników naukowo-dydaktycznychoraz dydaktycznych UEK Gł. rezultatem projektu będzie wzrost kompet. pracowników uczelni poprzez realizację projektu wspartego z EFS.  Produkty: Liczba uczestników szkoleń 90 Liczba UP obj. hospitacjami 90 Liczba UP, którzy wykorz. nabyte umiejętności w praktyce 90 Główne zadania: 1. Szkolenia wprowadzające do innowacyjnych umiejętności dydaktycznych 2. Szkolenia specjalistyczne w zakresie innowacyjnych metodyk kształcenia 3. Szkolenia specjalistyczne podnoszące kompetencje w zakresie prowadzenia dydaktyki w języku obcym 4. Szkolenia specjalistyczne w zakresie rozwoju umiejętności informatycznych dla potrzeb innowacyjnej dydaktyki Każde specjalist. szkolenie kończyć się będzie cyklem hospitacji i konsultacji indywidualnych (mentoriali) Dodatkowo w ramach projektu zakłada się zastosowanie nabytych umiejętności przez UP w praktyce, poprzez opracowanie sylabusów i rozpoczęcie realizacji zajęć ze studentami z wykorzystaniem kompetencji nabytych w trakcie realizacji projektu. Zajęcia te będą mieć wymiar co najmniej jednego semestru (KD 7). Wdrożone zmiany w procesie dydaktycznym uczelni zostaną ukonstytuowane Zarz. Rektora ws. wytycznych dot. wdrażania innowac. metod kształcenia. Minimalny wymagany poziom obecności UP we wszystkich formach wsparcia wynosi 80%. (Polish)
