The project addresses the identified problem of inheritance of poverty in the three quarters of Chełmży streets. Projekt odpowiada na zidentyfikowany problem dziedziczenia ubóstwa na terenie trzech kwartałów ulic miasta Chełmży. Główne działania projektu obejmują: przeprowadzenie pogłębionej diagnozy terytorium, opracowanie zintegrowanego, kompleksowego modelu przeciwdziałania dziedziczeniu biedy (opartego na doświadczeniach projektu PIW EQUAL "Praca w posagu - model wychodzenia z bezrobocia rodzinnego na wsi" oraz modelu Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej), przetestowanie modelu, upowszechnienie wypracowanego rozwiązania poprzez wizyty studyjne i szkolenia, a także włączenie modelu do polityki i praktyki na poziomie lokalnym. Odbiorcami projektu będzie 20 rodzin zamieszkujących wskazany teren (około 70 osób). Użytkownikami wypracowanego modelu będą lokalne instytucje miasta Chełmży, zaś w szerszej perspektywie - lokalne instytucje także innych miejscowości zmagających się z podobnym problemem. Przewidywanym rezultatem projektu będzie przygotowwnie i przetestowanie zintegrowanego, kompleksowego modelu przeciwdziałania dziedziczeniu biedy oraz włączenie go do lokalnej polityki. (Polish)
