The project is aimed at families who have been diagnosed with intergenerational inheritance of poverty, so the addressees will be families of 3 generations. The recruitment of participants will be conducted by MOPS, which will be residents of the Wilchwy district, which in numerous internal analyses presents itself as an area that is deeply degraved both socially and physically. Thus, the main and fundamental objective of this project is to minimise social problems in the district, to minimise poverty and thus to stop the inheritance of poverty. Support for the project will be directed to adult non-workers with school-age children and to their children and their parents. The support in question will be coordinated by a social worker who will have the role of some kind of family moderator. The project’s activities are highly individualised, i.e. support and activities are to be covered by all members of the family, so that a path of action can be developed for each individual and under each individual. The purpose of this is to develop a path of support that will be real to achieve because it was created for a given person. Therefore, any service addressed to a person will depend on his individual situation. The aim of this policy is to introduce an innovative approach to the social worker’s work and the environment with which he works. The directions and tools developed by the project will be permanently introduced into the centre’s work, thus laying the foundation for a new model of social work in the field with the environment. The first 6 months of the project are work on the creation of the above model, while the next stages will consist of testing the above model while monitoring its functioning and integrating the model into policies and practice at local level. Projekt jest skierowany do rodzin, u których zdiagnozowano międzypokoleniowe dziedziczenie ubóstwa, a zatem adresatami będą rodziny 3-pokoleniowe. Rekrutacja uczestników będzie prowadzona przez MOPS, będą to mieszkańcy dzielnicy Wilchwy, która w rozlicznych analizach wewnętrznych przedstawia się jako teren mocno zdegragowany zarówno pod względem społecznym jak i fizycznym. Zatem głównym i fundamentalnym celem ninejszego projektu jest zminimalizowanie problemów społecznych występujących na obszarze dzielnicy, zminimalizowanie występującej biedy, a co za tym idzie przerwanie procesu dziedziczenia ubóstwa. Wsparcie projektu będzie kierowane do dorosłych osób niepracujących, posiadających dzieci w wieku szkolnym, a ponadto do dzieci tych osób oraz ich rodziców. Wsparcie, o którym mowa będzie koordynowane przez pracownika socjalnego, który będzie posiadać rolę pewnego rodzaju moderatora rodziny. Działania projektu mają harakter bardzo mocno zindywidualizowany, czyli wsparciem oraz działaniami mają być objęci wszyscy członokowie rodziny, tak aby można było wypracować ścieżkę działania dla każdego z osobna i pod każdego z osobna. Niniejsze ma na celu wypracowanie takiej ścieżki wsparcia, która będzie realna do osiągnięcia bo stworzona pod daną osobę. Zatem wszelkie usługi kierowane do osoby będą uzależnione od jej induwidulanej sytuacji. Wskazana polityka ma na celu wprowadzenie innowacyjnego podejścia pracownika socjalnego do swojej pracy i do środowiska, z którym pracuje. Wypracowane przez projekt kierunki i narzędzia będą na stałe wprowadzone do pracy ośrodka, dając tym samym podwalinę do nowego modelu realizacji pracy socjalnej w terenie z środowiskiem. Pierwsze 6 miesięcy projektu to praca nad stworzeniem ww modelu, natomiast kolejne etapy będą polegały na przetestowaniu ww. modelu przy jednoczesnym prowadzeniu monitoringu jego funkcjonowania oraz na włączeniu modelu do polityki i praktyki na poziomie lokalny.
