CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJEKTU jest podniesienie kompetencji 1714 osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadającychpotrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa, poprawa dostępności międzynarodowych programów kształcenia dla osóbuczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym z Polski oraz dla cudzoziemców, jak również wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podniesieniekompetencji kadr w systemie szkolnictwa wyższego (346 osób), poprzez wdrożenie do czerwca 2023 r. czterech modułów: programówkształcenia, podnoszenia kompetencji, programów stażowych oraz zarządzania w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego.Grupę docelową stanowi:w zadaniu Moduł programów kształcenia i podnoszeniakompetencji1606 studentów PŁ, studiów I i II st. z 9 wydziałów PŁw zadaniuModuł programów stażowych108 studentóww zadaniuModuł podnoszeniakompetencji dydaktycznych kadr uczelni-szkolenia zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne346 osób-kadry dydaktycznej PŁw zadaniu Wsparcie informatycznychnarzędzi zarządzania uczelniąPŁ jako instytucjaProjekt zakłada realizację programów kształcenia w języku angielskim, włączenie wykładowców z zagranicy w realizację programów kształcenia, certyfikowane szkolenia, zajęcia warsztatowe,projektowe, współpracę uczelni z pracodawcami, uzupełnienie i rozszerzenie programów kształcenia o działania podnoszące jakość oraz internacjonalizację procesu kształcenia oraz wspierające rozwój kompetencji pożądanych na rynku pracy, jak również integrację systemów zarządzania uczelnią w celu znaczącej poprawy jakości świadczonych usług edukacyjnych. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się również do podniesienia kompetencji dydaktycznych kadruczelni. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to increase the competences of 1714 people participating in higher education, responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society, to improve the availability of international education programmes for those participating in higher education from Poland and for foreigners, as well as to support organizational changes and increase the competence of staff in the higher education system (346 persons), by implementing by June 2023 four modules: curricula of education, improvement of competences, internship programmes and management in higher education institutions.The target group consists of:in the task of the module of programs of education and improvement of competences1606 students of the LŁ, studies I and II st. from 9 faculties of P³w taskModule of internship programmes108 students in the task of education education in the exercise of education establishments of education establishments of higher education – external and internal education 346 persons-interactic institution Płw.
