Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możlwości zatrudnienia os.młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie N.T. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 17% os. z niepełnosprawnościami,35% os. długotrwale bezrobotnych, 48% os. o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 43% os. niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych grup. W ramach proj. wsparciem objęte zostaną os.poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw.bezrbotni aktywni) lub profilu II (tzw. wymagajacy wsparcia). W ramach proj.,dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
